Had to ask for items to be replenished, dirty toilets- toilet roll holder held together with parcel tape! Full of tracksuit wearing, foul mouthed working classes drinking as much alcohol as they can before boarding an 8am flight! Wouldn't recommend to anyone, especially people with children.

I pre paid weeks before I traveled to make sure that my wife and I were able to get in so that we had an easy and relaxing start to our honeymoon. On our conformation it said that the EARLIEST ENTRY time was 11:55am, (earliest meaning you can not enter BEFORE that time, however there was nothing about a latest entry, just the time we had to leave). We got to the airport grabbed a few things from duty free and then made our way to the lounge at 12:20, only 25mins after the 'earliest check in'. When we got there I went to the front desk to be told that it was full,I said that I had already booked and I was told that's not his problem and they could not let anyone in. After arguing with the manager for a further 20mins of him just saying tough you should have been here at 11:55 I'm not letting you in I asked for my money back. He said he could not do that so I asked him to call someone higher to resolve the matter, he just said no you do it! I sat down at the enterance and refused to go until he either let us in or refunded us. I threatened us With calling security as we were embracing him in front of the other guests. He finally let us in where there was a number of seats free. As the other guests were unaware of the full ins and outs that we had already paid we looked like utter idiots that were making a fuss of not coming in so we spent an hour there then had to leave as all the evil glares and muttering was too much. Your company happily took our money then refused us entery...so that you could sell the seats for a second time and make more money out of it! Disgusting! Thanks for the relaxing start to our honeymoon!

The person we were greeted by obviously didn't want to be there, he didn't say anything to us except from when he was groaning orders at us. Also had to leave the lounge 45 minutes before our flight even though we paid for the full 3 hours.

No ice cream, hardly any decent food, wifi was extremely weak, to the extent that it was better using KLIA free which only works from time to time. Only alcohol was beer. Definitely not worth the money £25 I paid, particularly as I could have bought it cheaper at the lounge on the day.

I returned from my holiday yesterday and I will actually be writing an email to your customer services to request a full refund for my visit to your lounge on the 8th December. On arrival the staff where rude and unhelpful, we had pre ordered some espresso martinis which the staff knew nothing about. The worst and most unbelievable issue was that none of the electricity points where working in the lounge, when we queried this with the staff they said they knew about it and it was down to building work issues - if this was the case then we should have been made aware of this when I booked the day before, if I had known this basic requirement would be an issue I would never have booked into your lounge. In light of all of the above I will never be visiting your lounge again.

Lounge very full, stuffy and hot. You kinda accept that I guess but staff directly contributing to the problem by having a large part of the lounge shut off for their personal use was a first for me.

Good morning we had s booking on the 10 th of November but as you can see we didn't check in. We arrived at the airport at 2.30 pm for our flight st 7 pm . But wasn't allowed to check in to 4.10 . Then stood in a queue to have the hand luggage do checked by this time it was 5.30. Started to look for lounge area to enjoy a quite drink we arrived at lounge area at 5.45 it was the far end of the airport quite a walk and I was with two over 60 s who were struggling with the distant . We then arrived at the lounge and the lady was very nice she asked where we were going and then explained we were flying from gate 66 which again was the other end of the airport and Would take 25 mins to get there ..... walking and a train! no time for s drink . So we had to leave to make it for our 7 pm flight a long walk and a train and another long walk. I have used this facility at Gatwick as the lounge is near the long haul flights and I highly rate the use of a quite area with a bar before a long flight. We were all very disappointed with the location of the lounge and with the new rules of checking in. In The passed I have always been able to check in when I have arrived at the airport and not had to wait for an allotted time. with this new system there is very little time to use the lounge . I would like a refund feel very disappointed , Mrs Eggleton Sent from my

Very poor rude .we were greater by a very unprofessional receptionist, even asked to seeing my boarding pass with no title as Mr...just saying my surname. In the lounge the furniture is very the furniture is very tiried and worn and all on top of each other with no privacy at all. The food and beverage offer was very poor. I would not recomed this lounge and certainly should not be under the banner as executive lounge.

Poor selection of food. Very busy. Very unhelpful staff. No onsite toilets you had to leave the lounge and use public toilets. Was told I could not have a shower because I had not booked it in advance even although the whole time I was there no one used the shower. Was reprimanded by a member of staff for daring to take up 2 seats. Children crawling over the seats in front were not reprimanded. Overall not worth the money £70 for nothing! Would not recommend anyone to use this lounge. After being reprimanded for daring to maybe sleep after travelling fro 15 hours I posted my disappointment on face book.

Unclean, dirty floors and tables, serviettes lying on the floor, Uninterested staff wandering around doing nothing. Food and drinks area unclean and inadequate. Receptionist didn't speak any of the 4 scandinavian languages or English or know what an online booking receipt was. Absolutely awful visit that I deeply regret booking.

Arrived around 7:15am and booked in, we were warned it was extremely busy, this was an understatement!! As we tried to walk into the lounge it was jam packed, a member of staff was trying her best to clear the tables, there was no where to sit and no standing room. When we reached the coffee/ breakfast area there were queue's for everything. There are no windows and it was very hot. It is like a backroom with chairs put in. We lasted 5 minutes before deciding to leave as it was so uncomfortable with the heat and stale air. We spoke to the receptionist who told us to contact head office with any complaints. Another couple were also told it was like this everyday!! Why take bookings when you know it is already full?? We left and had a far better experience in the observation lounge

Oh dear what's gone wrong? We've used executive lounges for several years. This was our worst experience of such facilities. We arrived just before 7am and the lounge was already full. People standing waiting for seats to become available. The staff were struggling to cope, tables weren't being cleared and the hot food selection (which is limited anyway) couldn't keep up with the demand. It was uncomfortable in the lounge as the air conditioning wasn't on or, more likely, there was simply too many people in the room for the system to cope. Speaking to one of the staff she thought the computer bookings hadn't been updated for the winter flight schedules and they were over booked. Whatever the reason Swissport need to review their systems as they're clearly not working. We had a tea and a coffee and some fresh fruit then left. The seating area, in the terminal itself, just outside the entrance to the lounge was quiet, comfortable, not too hot or cool and seating was freely available. This is the first time we've flown from Terminal Two for a long time. Luckily most of our flights leave from Terminal One where we've had comfortable and relaxing starts to our trips in lounges run by other companies. BUT Swissport has lost two regular lounge users unless they get their act together in Terminal Two.

A complete waste of money. The lounge was overbooked when we arrived there were no seats available apparently this happens frequently. Standing room was limited as there where that many people waiting to jump into a seat when one was vacated. Making the people who did have a seat intimidated as people where on the look out for movement. The hot food available was sparse the food warmer was mostly empty you had to be quick off the mark if you wanted a bacon sandwich. We only got a seat once the Quatar flight was called as their private lounge was made available to us for seats only. All food and drink was quickly cleared away. The only plus point about the lounge where the staff who had to take the brunt of people's complaints . They remained cheerfull and professional throughout .

Hi Gail, Disappointed that you felt the food in the lounge was substandard. Depending on the time of day passengers enter the lounge they can enjoy fresh bacon roll at breakfast along with a range of cereals, croissants and pastries. If you are on an afternoon flight you can tuck into fresh soup of the day with a bread roll and a wide range of snacks. Disappointed you found the staff to be rude, whilst this feedback is not typical it is concerning to read and I will raise this with the lounge manger. Kind regards, Aspire Lounges.

Despite being advertised as located in T3, website information does not make it clear that the concourse is a train ride away from where we disembarked. Having walked the entire length of the wrong concourse we gave up and didn't visit the lounge. What a waste of £50!

I booked the lounge on Thursday 29 October for a stop over on the night of Friday 30th. I never received a confirmation email. I contacted you about this, but didn't get a reply in time. I noted down my booking reference and the receipt number, but when I showed this, along with my passport, to the check in desk of the lounge, I was told I needed the email confirmation and without it they would not allow me in. I had to spend 6 hours in the airport in the middle of the night. I wrote to you to tell you about this and ask for a full refund, but I am still yet to have a reply. This is terrible service that keeps getting worse. I demand a full refund. I want the money back on my card and I want a response to my email. Julie Jenner
