Hi - I couldn't actually find your lounge so no idea if good or not! Your printed booking confirmation states your lounge is next to Gate 26 but it isn't nor does it mention that you are situated on the floor above. I enquired at info desk who sent me to Marhaba Lounge A Zone as my flight was leaving from an A gate. At that point it was too late to return to B zone. Better signage and information would help !!!

Staff were not friendly! On checking in we had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation (which was not work related) before they attended to checking us into the lounge. The crockery and cutlery were dirty. When we wanted a drink we had to search for a a member of staff to serve us it felt like we were begging for a drink. Overall very disappointing would not recommend to others. In comparison to other airport lounges I have been in this one was very poor. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience.

Very disappointed the room looked tired and old, not very clean and the choice of food was poor. I don't expect the ritz but I do expect to have sandwiches and ice for my drinks non available. All in all a very disappointing experience felt we had been robbed, hope the aspire lounge opens back up soon.

on entry was not shown anything in the lounge and it was my first time there. staff were in there cupboard away from the customers eating and playing with there mobile phones. no hot food at breakfast time ? not even a bacon roll. been to a lot of airport lounges and this was far the worst one I have ever been too.

Really disappointed, not a great start to our trip. Quality of food was poor, and the staff not very helpful with requests, simply saying if we had a problem to send a email.. not very proactive, and the Soup had been sitting for hours. It wasn't changed in the 3 hours at least...

My wife and I were very disappointed with the standards at the Swissport lounge, Terminal 2 Manchester. The lounge was dim with outdated decor and no external windows. It was also too overcrowded and initially my wife and I could not even sit at the same table. The food was of poor quality: the bacon sandwiches were very fatty, there was one lone yoghurt left when we arrived and the pastries were limited and of cheap quality. Particularly inexcusable were the levels of mess. There were dirty cups and a heap of discarded sugar and milk sachets left by the coffee machine; my wife was unable to find a clean cup for her coffee. Furthermore, the staff continuously walked through the lounge making loud passenger announcements despite the fact that there was an electronic departures board. A key reason we had booked the lounge was to have a quieter atmosphere. My wife and I left early and felt we could have had a much better experience simply sitting in Costa or another outlet in the main passenger lounge. We would strongly recommend against booking this lounge. It is totally inferior in comparison with lounges in other terminals that charge a similar price and offer a much higher standard of food, service and setting.

This was probably the worst visit to a terminal lounge I have had. I was going to buy a priority pass, lucky I didn't as pass holders were being turned away as it was overcrowded The temperature was freezing and despite several complaints this wasn't fixed The lady on the desk seemed to be out of her depth and flapping To many people, very cold, lack of papers and below average food All in all not a pleasant experience

I have been in many lounges in a number of countries. Swiss Lounge was by far the worse one I have ever had the misfortune to visit. It wasn't worth £7 never mind £17, I will Never visit it again.

i never had the chance to go to the lounge as t3 dubai and i was flying from the new concourse gates 5 your lounge is in the b gates which is a train jounery and 10 minuetes away from the gate 2 to los angeles. You have to inform your clients that if your departure gate is from the new concourse this involves a transit journey. you are misleading people that the lounge is in terminal 3 yes it is but not in terminal 3 big diffrerence not happy at all 25 pounds down the drain and paid over 300 uae dhrs for two drinks. fed up. kind regards, kevin mc donnell.

Very difficult to find. Expected to have all of the facilities in one place but had to be escorted miles to the showers. The showers had no toilet facilities in the same room. I had to find my own way back to the lounge.

We arrived in good time to enjoy a relaxing breakfast. The check in was disorganised and a queue built up. After about 10 minutes of them tinkering on the computer I sent my wife ahead while I waited. The hot breakfast buffet was incomplete at a key time (no eggs which eventually arrived as we left) and we had a hurried breakfast. There seemed to be plenty of staff but no one in charge. A waste of money.

Surly staff, nothing to eat and uncomfortable chairs - take a leaf out of Tenerife South's lounge , which is a different kettle of fish altogether. I will not use this lounge again.

Receptionists were unprofessional - I don't want to know that they need a wee. Overcrowded - Too much seating crammed in. Passengers stepping over people to find seats. Very few power points for charging items. Food selection was poor - squeezed out of a plastic wrapper. Flights info screen not working properly. Whole place felt grubby.

Terrible!! The reception lady was very stressed and quite rude my impression was she was trying to do too many jobs at once, the furniture and decor was very dowdy and uninviting, there were four cold bacon sandwiches between around 35 people (people were queuing for them and from what I saw most including ourselves did not get one, not worth the money at all! I've never written a review before, but I felt I had too it was so poorly run.
