Food & beverage on offer was limited and of very poor quality and not worth the money paid for two adults. No fresh food just packaged items plus a few muffins. We have used the same lounge on several occasions and am afraid that the standard of cleanliness, décor and services have dropped. The staff were friendly though. No Flight time information on display. We would not use this lounge again unless it is improved. Regards, Phil Price

Having used your facilities on previous holidays I trusted your service and used you again, however on this occasion the service received fell exceedingly short of our expectations. Having booked from 11.30am I appreciate your terms and conditions are '3 hour stay' which is fine. On checking in at 12.15pm we were advised that our flight was to be 'at the moment 2 hours delayed', by a very unsympathetic receptionist. My first thought was that we would be able to pay extra which we were prepared to do and stay until flight was ready, asking the somewhat unhelpful receptionist this proved to be a challenge for her, she simply barked 'that's not how it works you will have to come back after your 3 hours'. Whilst in the lounge staff appeared to struggled to keep up with demand for snacks and sandwiches leaving customers queuing for great lengths of time, this is not a relaxing way to start any holiday, and for the amount of people in very poor management. Twice whilst we were sat eating/relaxing a gentleman, with clipboard in hand, came to remind us of our expected leaving time from the lounge, which I feel to be excessive and quite rude, I feel had my husband and myself been rude, shouting miss using the facilities or suchlike then fine but we were not. Our experience of you facilities did not relax us and send us on our way feeling refreshed and happy but disgruntled and annoyed.

The whole facility was a shambles and full of people who were quite frankly common as muck who behaved like pigs at a trough. Never again. I submitted a complaint but obviously they haven't responded.

I was extremely disappointed at the food on offer in the lounge. The only savoury food on offer was a bowl of soup. For £50 for 2 people I feel short changed to say the least! Oh and a small warm roll to go with the soup. I really think there should have been more of a variety than this. I will not use this lounge again.

Myself and my two children flew from Australia to terminal two, where we were directed by two different ground staff to go through passport control to the terminal. From thereIi asked ttwo different people on the information desk about the lounge. They both could not tell me exactly where to go, after deciding to walk there with two tired children in tow, I was told by passport control I shouldn't have entered the terminal and would have to get new boarding cards if I left. At that stage I cried and said forget it. Too hard and not worth anymore hassle. I lost $90 and ended up headwrecked. I am an avid traveller but would certainly not book a lounge again.

What can I say about this terrible lounge! We arrived in the nick of time, 10 minutes after our arrival it was standing room only. The lounge is a small hot box with no windows and terrible seating. The food/drink offering is shameful for somewhere charging £25 entry. Nasty sandwiches, quiche and pies. 2 offerings of wine...white or red! The coffee machine was always running out of milk. They ran out of every style of glass so I had to reuse my wine glass. The tables weren't cleared till everyone had left so it was very messy. Unless you get free entry with your Amex do not pay to come in here!

Disgraceful. Lounge was closed for refurbishment which we had not been informed of. Room was cramped, not enough chairs for people to sit together and place resembled a staff canteen! Drinks had to be served by staff contrary to the website advertising that it was self service and we're limited to 3 per person. Whilst there the coffee machine broke down and several people who were asking to speak to a manager were dealt with very badly by staff.

The seating area was dirty, although there was only a few people waiting at the bar for alcoholic drinks we were waiting to be served whoever the lady was that should have been tending the bar was too busy talking to friends in the kitchen / staff area at one stage we even had to knock on the door for service and had to wait for someone to come to it

We pre booked the lounge only to be told when we arrived that there was no food. When we asked for a refund we were told that it was in the t&cs that there may be no food so nothing could be done We tried to complain but were essentially told what do you expect for what we had paid Avoid at ALL costs

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Aspire Lounge in Manchester Airport [Wed 27th May]. Whilst the bar and drinks available were suitable the food on offer was absolutely embarrassing for the price. A combination of very cheap sandwiches [egg mayonnaise, cheese savoury and so on], some small bags of crisps and an extremely limited selection of cake. What was worse however was that in the 60 minutes or so I spend in the lounge, there was food on offer for around 10 minutes maximum. As soon as a tray of sandwiches came out they were immediately wiped out given that there was nowhere near enough food for the number of people in the lounge. The same was evident with the cake. This was the first time I have stayed in the lounge and I would imagine it will be my last. Very poor.

I checked in to a very busy aspire lounge on the 28th of June. As I checked in I was not told that 95% of the beer, wines and spirits had been consumed by previous entries. For the money I paid I really don't feel I had anywhere near my money's worth or the "vip" treatment on offer. Staff were extremely rude and I feel we were punished as previous members had gone overboard and may have caused trouble. Only 2 or 3 electrical sockets worked for recharging devices. So to say I'm disgruntled is an understatement.

We traveled to Las Vegas from Glasgow on 11 May. i had booked the Sky Lounge to start off our trip. When we arrived we found the Sky Lounge was closed for refurbishment. We were re-directed to the other end of the departure lounge to a very small and cramped lounge. i was never made aware before i traveled that the Sky Lounge was closed, if i had been sent an email to advise the lounge was closed i would have cancelled and asked for a refund. Instead i had to ensure a small, hot, overcrowded room with one working toilet. Very disappointed with the service.

We were very disappointed with the food that was available. Extremely limited. The few croissants and pastries that were supplied were very dry and clearly not fresh. We visited at 6am so we were looking forward to some fresh pastries. Extremely disappointed. We overheard other visitors asking "is that it?" Not worth the money.

The lounge was being renovated so was moved to another location within the airport, sadly there was no signage to show the lounge had moved prior to reaching the lift which takes you to the original lounge. When we did find the new lounge it was inadequate and like a cupboard, the toilet facilities were outside the room for the lounge. Sadly this room which was used for the lounge was very cramped, tired and tatty, certainly not fit to be an airport lounge. While we were in the lounge we heard several people saying the same thing, that they could not see the signs showing where this lounge was and they were very upset at walking the length of the airport and having to walk back. Had we known that the lounge was being upgraded we certainly would not have paid £18 each for just over an hour in this mess.
