We were there for breakfast which was seriously lacking. On offer was a bacon roll, one piece of fatty bacon in a white roll; not nice! On a positive note, the staff were helpful and attentive and a nice quiet area to sit. It's unfortunate the food let's it down. With very little effort this could be a very pleasant experience. Overpriced for what was on offer, will look at alternatives on our next trip.

When I showed up at the lounge at Montreal's airport on July 1st, 2015, I was advised that there were no alcoholic beverages available (no wine, no beer…). The price was adjusted consequently for people who bought their ticket directly at the lounge. As I had booked online, I had paid the full price. Could you please make that the price I paid is adjusted to the price that other travelers paid on that day ?

Advised that my wife had to have a mixer with her Martini as some passengers were filling water bottles with spirit to take on the plane. This was a verbal rule passed down from the management & written nowhere in the T&C's which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I stated that all passengers shouldn't be labelled as thieves because of a few which fell on deaf ears. We have also written an email of complaint, again not replied as of yet ........ totally radiculous verbal rule as you could steal the drink complete with mixer if you were that way inclined.

The lounge was undergoing refurbishment, which should have been clear when booking. The toilets were out of action, and the noise of the work taking place, made for a an uncomfortable visit. Very disappointing.

we always use the airport lounge when we go on holiday. this one was really poor, the lady who was at the desk didn't even look up to us when we arrived until she had finished shuffling her paper work ( a simple hello i will be with you in a minute would have been ok) drinks were fine, beer wine spirits etc. Food, or lack of it was the problem, and not just us, everyone was complaining that there was only crisps, cheese and crackers and a couple of pre packed cakes. my husband doesn't eat cheese and doesn't eat sweet things so could only eat a packet of crisps. overall very disappointing as it is the same price as any other airport lounge where there are sandwiches, toasties etc ...would definitely not recommend it

No free table even with pre-booking... no food to speak of ... nexr time will grit teeth and eat at Frankie and Bennies downstairs. Have booked The Escape lounge before which is of a better standard.... but shopping etc downstairs has vastly improved which makes a stay in a lounge negated.

There is nothing Executive about this lounge, Service was terrible, kept on running out of soft drinks then ended up serving your self using warm 2.l soft drinks on the side, warm Rose and White wine, in the end I asked for a scotch and was told you only have one type, one that I have never Heard of before, surly you must provide 2? no snacks very very por selection, dried olvies that everyone breaths on while waiting to get served at te bar, lots of cheap quality snack i.e Nuts, Pretzels, Crackers ran out after 15-mins along with Cheese no replacement, soup tasted cheap from a Lidle vegi soup tin, staff in general not in a good humour who can blame them it´s not their fault that the place is run on a shoe string and charge maximin. saw people in shorts dress code states Smart but the people in there dragged the quality down. it got so bad that the girl behind the bar said that she was ready to call the Pólice on one lot of people so that tell you what this lounge is letting in. I saw the waitress holding bread with no gloves on so Higiene was not kept up. to be honest its not worth the €25.00 I was charged, very very POOR, I would like my money back please. I have photos i took if you would like to see? I have been in many Executive Lounges in my time and this lounge is getting worse if not the worse I have ever been in, I have seen in the past 3 years that standards have gone down, to be hoest you should class your self as a Cafeteria or a local bar as their were certainly no well dressed or even well mannered people in there. I felt totally out of place.

We normally visit Escape lounge, but couldn't get in this time so we used Aspire. You are both the same price, but Aspire has no selection of food to speak of. The bacon rolls very quickly ran out and took ages to be replenished, other than that, it just pastries to choose from. Escape however have a menu to choose from and run the lounge a lot more professionally.

When we entered the lounge we were told that no alcoholic beverages would be available due to a management problem. Furthermore the coffee machine was not functioning. We were told that we would be compensated for the inadequacy. Please inform me how to proceed with this. All ptevious visits to the lounge have been good but this was certainly a disappointment. I visited the lounge on the 17th June 2015 with my partner and daughter. On arriving at the lounge there wasnt three chairs together for us to sit at. other lounge users could see we were struggling to find seats whilst used chairs to put their bags and belongings on ad nt one person offered to moved their things for us. I had to approach a member of staff who asked a couple if they would move one of their bags from a seat so we could use the chair. The womans response was " I SUPPOSE I WILL HAVE TO!" thet spent the next 45 minutes glaring at us. I have used lounges across the country and in different parts of the world and i have never experienced anything like this. The lounge was very dated and cramped and was definetly not worth the cost.

Pathetic. Stay away from it. Pay the extra 20 USD and go for a Marhaba lounge instead. The food was dried up from before, and the options very less. This lounge is more a seating area for the restaurants, which is converted into a lounge. No comfortable couches. Just basic seats. The good thing is there was a free shower - YOu have to walk for it till the Dubai hotel. It was still worth it.

Rude staff, dated decor, dirty tables, no ice, told not to complain as " were here for the experience", I work very hard for my wage and I wanted to treat my wife. I have had little or no value for money and feel let down and would not recommend you to anyone, and I take hundreds of people to Bristol airport as part of my job. A reply from a human being would be nice

I do not think I would use these lounges again. A bit noisy. Staff not particularly pleasant or helpful. Snack choice was poor. And we could not get a glass of wine and relax before the flight.

Beer served from warm cans, the only hot food at lunch was soup which was ok, but the bread rolls were as hard as stones!! Staff quite miserable. Would never book again

We treated ourselves for our 25th wedding anniversary, nuts, crisps, soup( no rolls) and cheese and biscuits were the only food available! Drinks yes, staff pleasant enough,by the time we arrived at our destination after a total of twelve hours of traveling we were famished! Not impressed and the only thing that ruined our anniversary! Never again thank you.
