“I booked to leave my car in a place and I paid with this condition but a week before my departure they sent an email to me and gave they instructions to I leave my car in another address!!!
It was not convenient for me ,they suggested refund my payment even I should pay a lot of more to another company due to short time booking to my departure
I have not received my money yet ,after 8 days ,even I talked to their administrations every day 2-3 times
They called me 10 minutes ago and they promised to pay my refund in 2-4 days , but nobody knows !!!!!!!!!!?????

“criminal- we used EZYBOOK AIRPORT PARKING from Gatwick airport who allocated us MY AIRPORT PARKING to collect our car. The car was driven for over 20 miles and returned dirty, well over an hour late but the company tried to get us to pay them thousands of pounds, claiming the car had been impounded by the Police etc. This was all faked. AVOID THIS COMPANY.”

We still do not have the car and no-one - including the police - knows where the car is! Car now listed as stolen AVOID AT ALL COSTS - pay more abnd use a reputable company - or get the train!!!”

Now I keep calling them for a reimbursement and they keep closing the phone and they are not giving a reimbursement when I literally gave them a quote from a trustable garage and they keep ignoring the emails that send to them. Long story short, we arrived back at Heathrow to be told our car key was missing. I kept ringing them back every 5 minutes to ask for an update to be told they were still looking and that they would call us back. After many phone calls of them not answering or putting us on hold they informed us that another driver had moved our car and then left our car key in another customers car who had since drove home to Newcastle Upon Tyne. We reported it to the police and they marked it as stolen. The company said they would reimburse us for travelling home, refund us for the parking and deliver our car to our home address. The next day we received a call from the police to say our car had been flagged up on the cameras and was found by the police abandoned in a side road a mile from Heathrow. The police recovered it and impounded it at Heathrow station. We then had to drive 3 hours back to London to pick it up and we had to pay £150 to get it out of the impound. Fortunately it was not damaged inside or out, it still had fuel, no significant extra miles on the clock and they had left the key on the tyre.
I have never heard back from the company and I am now £400 out of pocket. These people are scammers so please DO NOT BOOK!”

We booked for our car to be picked up Manchester terminal 2. They wanted £6 off us to take car through the barrier, not told of this. Upon returning 1 week later car was brought back and again we had to pay £6 to get out the car park. When we got in the car we noticed fron passenger seat reclined fully back and mud in the footwell. My husband noticed about 60 additional miles on the clock and petrol low. We have rang several times and nobody gets back to us. We have also emailed and they want proof and are trying to make out were lying. Im contacting trading standards, and will warn others on all social media platforms. TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY.”
“My car was dropped off at a meet and greet between 16:20 and 16:35 on the 14th of February 2023 at Gatwick South terminal on level 4 orange car park before boarding my aircraft to Spain for a trip. On my way back from London Gatwick South Terminal level 4 Orange car park around 10:45 on February 18th, I noticed that one of the two Dash-cam connection cables had become detached from the connection. I immediately phoned the company to enquire as to why the dash-cam had been tampered with. The firm spokesman, Victor, stated that none of their employees had removed the dash-cam car wire. But, after reviewing the dash-cam video evidence, it became evident that the camera documented every horrible minute and daily usage of my car.”
“Avoid this company at all cost. I returned back to the London Heathrow T4. I rang them after collecting luggage. They promised 25~30 minutes waiting time, but ended up more than an hour. Called them few times, and every time they say they car is at the entrance of the terminal, and should arrive in 2~3 minutes.”

“It was one of my worst experience in life, I WILL NOT recommend my worst of enemy to use this company reason, when I landed at the Heathrow Terminal 3 I contacted them to get my car ready but however the person on the phone replied very politely to me saying I should re-contact them after I have collected my baggage which I did upon that call they told me it will take 40-50 minutes I said ok and I will wait at the coffee shop (CAFFEE NERO), so near to the time I called the again and was told that it will be another 10-15 minutes more so I told the guy on the phone I am making my way up to level 4 with my family he replied that will be fine sir. When I got to the level 4 meet and greet they made me wait another 1 hour 20 minutes (me and my family waited a total of 2 hours 20 minutes before collecting our car). There for I will say to everyone out there DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

The first time we used them they were good but this time was awful and I will never use them again.
I called the number on the way to the airport and told him we would arrive in 20 minutes, we arrived and I waited 10 minutes before calling again. When I spoke with the guy, he said I should have called upon arrival (he didn’t) so fair enough, he said I would have to wait 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I called and he said someone would be there in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later he said 5 minutes. Then this kid straight out of college rocked up with a hoodie and his air pods (called Rahul) and took my car keys. No pictures, no collection stub or anything. I didn’t have time so I had to run otherwise I would miss my flight.
On the return I had to wait 45 minutes and called them 6 times before I was got my car back. When I did, the driver was too busy speaking to his mother in India on louspeaker to give a care about me and didn’t even say sorry.
I will never use them and I highly recommend you to do the same - Blue Circle look decent, Maple Parking and Purple Parking too”
