“DO NOT THIS COMPANY. I repeat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired Ezybook for a Meet and Greet service at Gatwick Airport. My car was returned full of empty cans and rubbish, including several car park tickets which proved that they were using my car for airport runs while I was away. All of which was at my expense as they had used almost half a tank of fuel when it was returned to me. They even had the brazen cheek to remove a child seat from the back seat so that they could fit more passengers in for airport runs, and when they returned the car to me the child seat was in the boot. Worse still was the damage to the alloy wheels and front tyres which had cuts to the outside walls and were unsafe. I had to replace the tyres the following day. The brazen abuse of the vehicle and the blatant abuse of the position of trust that was placed in them is breathtaking. On reading their terms and conditions it would appear that they can do whatever they like to your vehicle - including damaging it - whilst it’s in their care and you can do nothing about it, but you don’t get to see those terms and conditions until you’ve handed over the car. I have contacted Trading Standards over this issue but I won’t hold my breath for anything to happen. This company should not be trading and I urge you to AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.”

I have booked through this site to park for a Meet and Greet at Heathrow, from 14-Dec to 11-Jan, I couldn't travel on 14-Dec due to some health issues, I did pay for cancellation insurance, but I couldn't get a refund as I was trying to cancel 4 hours before travel (cancellation policy 24 hrs cancellation). then I used the same booking and traveled on 18-Dec, I also emailed them before traveling and they confirmed to me in the email that my booking was still active.
I got a big surprise after reaching Heathrow airport when I contacted the number provided for the meet and Greet in the email, they said, My booking was canceled by Ezy and EZYbook is only the front end, they didn't inform us about your booking, so and I need to rebook and need to repay. as I don't have any choice, I have paid £240 (Original price I paid through this site was £150). When I emailed Ezybooking, they said, they can't do anything about this. I need to take them to court to get my money.
Return trip: After landed Heathrow, I contacted the number provided to collect my car (After collecting my luggage), I waited for 1:15m ins to collect my car, Its not worth paying/booking through this site.
Please don't book through this comparison site, try to book through the proper company for peace of mind.”
“Booked for Meet and Greet at T2 LHR. Was going arrive 30mins early, tried to ring to give them 30mins notice. No answer until we were 10 mins away. After waiting until 30 mins after original booking time, with no answer on the phone, we had to pay another service provider £150 to take our car away.
Poor customer service ever since, no sufficient response and no refund, let alone reimbursement for the extra cost.”

“this is just terrible service. absolutely disrespectful customer service. I will tell my story. when we returned from the weekend, I called and said the car would be waiting in the same place, but as it turned out, an hour later I was told that my car was blocked. then I waited another hour with small children. then they stopped picking up the phone and in the end they said that there were no drivers and they couldn’t bring my car to me and that take a taxi and drive to us. 5 hours later, only I was near my car. my kids were cold and sick after that. They didn't give me my money back and didn't even offer compensation.”
“We used ezybook yesterday for our trip to krakow from Manchester airport, we dropped the car off on Friday with no issues he seemed fine, we then got back yesterday and it all went down from there. I originally booked the wrong date which I understand is my fault but they do not set off anywhere until you ring 30 minutes prior, so I explained that I. Got the date wrong here’s the actual date and time ( so he knew when to set off and be ready to pick us up ) they charged me £20, which I thought fair enough abit steep for one little mistake but I agreed. We got to the airport at 10 pm lastnight, gave the driver a call and said we’re in the airport of course we don’t get signal on the plane so I couldn’t call prior, he said I’ll send a driver it should be 25 minutes, we waited 25 minutes no sign, gave him an extra 10 minutes, still not sign, we then rang them they said it’ll be another 25 minutes mu driver has “been in a crash” so we waited again. This time we was stood around for Atleast 45 minutes waiting, we had no phone call we had to chase them. Next to us was 2 groups of people who were waiting for “Manchester park and meet” and “Star ride” which funny enough is the same people from this company but under DIFFERENT names. He came flying up the road in my car in 50 mph speed on a 20 road, refused to give me my keys until I paid the fine even though we waited 2 hours for him in the freezing cold, gave abuse down the phone to my boyfriend and they have clocked up mileage on my car and used a lot of my petrol. They have refused to refund me, I’m £66 down and the company has since blocked my email, my contact number and gave abuse to my boyfriend down the phone”

My car has been stolen by a company called Platinum Parking Heathrow that I booked via Ezybook. They clearly don’t check to see if the companies they advertise on their site are legitimate, and when I called to inform them that I’m unable to get hold of the controller their advice was to “keep trying”. I was stranded for 5 hours at the airport before I went to the location stated online for platinum parking, and to my surprise it doesn’t exist. Ezybook has done nothing to help the situation and just advices me to make a claim on my insurance. The adviser on the phone simply hung up on me. Please do not book via this website.”
“SCAM: I booked for 28th Dec 23:45 for pick up of my car at Gatwick Airport with my family.
Though prize might look cheap but they are very rude and doesn't respond to call . Called them least 40 times and they hardly picked up the call 2 times and that too didn't provide any clarity where should I come to collect the car. Very rude on phone and no courtesy and experience on how to deal with customer.
In the middle of the night they called me to orange carpark and asked me to go to a different place which is 15 mins drive from airport and pick up my car.
Ridiculous service and full scam. Please avoid.

“Do Not Use This Company. They clocked over 200 miles whilst the car was in their possession leaving the 3/4 full fuel tank virtually empty upon return. To avoid facing us upon return of the car, it was dumped in a Blue Badge space on level 3 of the car park, not level 4 where the Meet & Greets are, and the driver legged it.
Our BMW black box was reporting every move of the car with all details. This information has been provided to the company as proof of the misuse and unauthorised use of the car.
The car was filthy, full of cans and bottles of drink, cigarette stubs, and even some clothes left behind. In addition a garage remote control was stolen. When trying to call and complain, they keep hanging up.
The matter has been reported to the Met Police for the theft and unauthorised use of the car.”

To cut a Long story short my car was returned to me without a catalytic converter, the day of my arrival I was sent to various floors of the short stay carpark on arrivals, eventually I found my car RAC had to be called my car had to be towed back to Bristol and now I am facing a bill of a few thousand. Not to mention the stress of it all travelling with a disabled child is not easy I would never want anybody to experience what I did. So please do not use this service.”
