“Avoid EZYBOOK at all cost do not use these people at all they are seriously unreliable.. I don’t even think it’s a real company. I booked with them an ended up missing my flight because no one bother the answer my phone call after calling them for 3 hours! I was left stranded at Gatwick with my car my wife a 5 years old and my 8 years old both girls and 3 suitcase.
Pay the extra and book with the airport.”
“Good afternoon. I would like to contact those who are looking for parking at airports. Never contact this company. Cheating people when you arrive at the parking lot, initially you need to call them in 30 minutes so that they send a person for your car, you can wait for him for an hour and a half, which is already not convenient for you. Upon arrival, your car can be returned late and you are waiting at the airport all this time. Your car is driven outside the airport, it’s not clear where your keys are with them all the time, my friends returned the car almost without fuel, although there was almost under the tank. And even when the car is taken away and returned for entry and exit from the parking lot, you pay, which is completely unprofitable even with their discounts. Be careful. Make reposts so that more people see.”
“Where to start...I wish I had seen these reviews before booking our cars in with this company....We arrived at Heathrow at 2am as planned. Had an email the day before asking us to call a number on our arrival to Terminal 2. Myself and my wife called the number over 30 times in the space of 90 minutes but no answer! In the end we had to leave our car and my sons car in the short stay car park as we we almost missed our flights. What a nightmare!
We have since returned from holiday and have emailed and called asking for our money back but not a thing. There should be a law against scammers such as these. They ruined our holiday as we were so stressed with them not answering or replying to ANYTHING.
And to top it off....got back to Heathrow a week later to 2 lots of £612 car parking charges.
Lesson learnt - Never use a company purely on a cheaper price.
Please please avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
Their listed office is in Slough so I will be paying them a little visit soon but not expecting anyone to be there to be honest.”

“If I could give a minus star I would. Rang on route as the described, with 30 mins to go to arrival. Had to wait a further hour for them to collect the car. Kept saying they were on their way which they clearly were not. Upon return to the UK had to wait TWO hours, only to be lied to time and time again saying he was on his way with my car. Then they stopped taking my calls, but decided to answer a lady stood next to me who was also chasing up the return of her car. You also have to pay the parking upon arrival so that's a further £5.30 x 2 so they are not that cheap afterall. The guy on the phone is rude and aggressive.............when the car was returned the mileage was only 7 miles yet it took TWO hours to return my car which was about 3 miles down the road! Absolutely disgusting service!!! AVOID!!!”

“Worst experience ever! Both Ezybook and Rainbow Parking (also known as Golden Parking) are scamming customers. I have a system in my car that allows me to remote control it and also see location my car is in. My car was used on various occasions and stored in a residential address and not a secure car park as advertised!!! Upon receiving my car, my diesel was almost finished and there was a Tesco clubcard for a stranger called “MRS Y RAJARULAN” in the passenger seat.
Ezybook will not offer any compensation and Golden parking has refused to respond or investigate this. They ignored all emails from myself.
My car could have easily been stolen or damaged.
Ezybook takes payment and refuses to hold Rainbow Parking/Golden Parking accountable.

“If there was a zero rating, this company will still score lower. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!... It took over 40 minutes just to drop the car off since these cowboys had no clue of what they were doing, totally defeating the purpose of meet and great. I had to stand in a queue to drop my car off....On Arrival it took over 1.5hrs to get the car back after calling them over 50 times (they never pick up on the first ring!)My car was filthy apparently parked in a field.? One unlucky lady was told that they couldnt find her keys!!...how are they still operational?? with all these scathing reviews, its a disgrace and a bad look on Gatwick airport to allow these shody company to carry on sub par services to their customers...THEY NEED TO GO!!”

Had to cancel my parking 2 weeks before the date because of flight disruptions and still haven’t got my refund over 8 weeks later despite over 7 emails to them!

“I booked Enigma Airport Parking Ltd on line via MOBIT Airport parking (ezybook.co.uk) web comparison site.
On departure we were kept waiting 20 minutes at the drop off point, even though I called them 30 minutes prior to arrival at the drop off point, as instructed.
Upon our return I phoned and was told my car would be with me within half an hour. Half an hour later I called again only to be told that I was booked for a 5pm return, when in-fact my booking form said 1:45pm. I was again told my car was on its way.
20 minutes later I called again and was told I was calling the wrong company. I explained I was calling the number on my booking form.
I was then asked what time, when and where I had dropped the car off and to describe the person I had given my car key to. I was also asked to describe what my car key looked like.
After listening to them argue amongst themselves I was told again that I wasn't supposed to be arriving until 5pm. I told them they were mistaken and sent them a copy, via text, of my booking form. Approximately 20 minutes later I received a call telling me to make my way from the agreed collection point on level 4, to the drop off point outside terminal 3.
I was given my key but was not given the ticket to pay for parking, so I was completely unaware that I was supposed to pay the parking at this location, as it was different to the drop off point where the driver collecting my car did give me a ticket to pay the charge.
To cap it I received a parking charge notice of £40 from APCOA Parking which I have paid to avoid being charged £80.
I have emailed both Enigma and Mobit Airport parking (ezybook.co.uk) several times and they have not bothered to reply.”
“Avoid. Needed to cancel the booking and had paid the cancellation cover. After about 10 emails I am still being told I need to pay and administration fee of £15 as I did not purchase cancellation cover. It is quite clear on the booking confirmation

“When you compare prices to the other car parks it appears cheaper but your being fooled. I paid £69 plus £5 car Park fees to hand the car key to the worker and after I came back from My holiday i have to pay another £8 more!! They said its the airport prices but never informed us that we had to pay. Since no one told us that was their rules they need to pay but they simply just disagree and get cheeky with you. They are utterly disrespectful. I do not recommend”
