“PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT USE EZYBOOK OR ANY OF THE COMPANIES THEY ADVERTISE - THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!
I had 2 bookings with Ezybook, the first being a Meet & Greet in March at Heathrow with a company called Enigma Parking, which ended up being a total disaster. Firstly, we were told to contact Enigma 15mins before we arrived at the drop off point to allow them time to meet us there but they wouldn't answer the phone. After about 30mins of trying them, they eventually answered. We were at the drop off point by this time. We then had to wait in the drop off area for over 30mins for them to finally arrive. On our return, there was no 'greet'. We arrived at our car in the Heathrow car park as instructed by the man on the phone, to find the car unattended, unlocked with the key just left inside, a completely flat rear tyre, Ray Ban sunglasses missing from the glove box, the car filthy on the outside and with rubbish left inside, including dirty face coverings and empty food packets. We had also dropped the car off with nearly a full tank of petrol and when we returned, the petrol light was on so had clearly been used while in their possession. When I called the man back he said the driver had needed to pop to the toilet and would return with the check sheet so he could hand the car back to us. Obviously this didn't happen. We waited for him to come back for some time but there was no sign. He clearly didn't want to face us knowing what state the car was in. He must've just parked the car and ran off. Eventually we decided to leave as we had just had a long flight and wanted to get home. We were also clocking up an expensive car park bill and obviously had to change the flat tyre and put on the spare before we could leave. This left us significantly out of pocket when having to replace the tyre and sunglasses, get the car cleaned and put more petrol in the car. Both Enigma and Ezybook showed absolutely no interest in trying to help resolve any of these issues we faced. They ignored emails and were impossible to contact by phone. We were left with no way of being able to sort any of this out. We just had to accept it and move on.
As a result of this, I cancelled the second booking, a Park & Ride I had made for a 2 week holiday in May and requested a refund. I had paid a £2 cancellation cover fee when booking to ensure there was no admin fee and full refund was returned. I had confirmation of the cancellation on 26th April and was told the refund had been sent for processing and a confirmation email would be sent once processed. I finally recieved the refund on 29th July (over 3 months after I had cancellation confirmed). During this 3 months, I had emails ignored, and when I managed to speak to them on the phone, was told I wasn't their only customer and I should be more more patient and cooperative. The customer service staff were so rude and would hang up on me as soon as I challenged them on why I hadn't received my refund yet. All I was told was they would escalate my case to the accounts team and they'd be in touch to confirm within 24 - 48hrs, which wouldn't happen. They would say they were unable to contact the accounts team directly, which I find hard to believe. To say I'm relieved to finally get my money back is an understatement. I don't ever want to speak to these clowns again and don't want anyone else to have to go through the same.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, THE PEOPLE THEY USE TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR ARE A DISGRACE AND THEY SHOULD ALL BE SHUT DOWN. THEY'RE NOTHING BUT THIEVES.”
“Cancelled the booking but no satisfaction with receiving a refund. Very suspicious company, the online chat is with the same person ' Freddy ' no matter how many times you contact them. This is apparently common practice since I've read reviews.”
“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Booked parking but cancelled on 21 April 2022 due to our flights changing to another airport. Despite being told we would have a refund minus an admin fee within 8 weeks, we are still waiting as at 21 July despite many tephone calls.
In the meantime, we did foolishly rebook meet and greet parking. When our car was delivered to us at the airport 10 days later at 07.30AM, someone's lunch was left in the passenger door pocket. This makes us think more than one person was riding around in our car while we were on holiday. WOULD NOT BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!”

“I will keep on posting 1 star reviews,on any forum I can find so that when people look on reviews for this company, hopefully the bad reviews will overtake the lying shameful 5 star ones and reflect an overall bad review. We are now in receipt of 4 fines from the Borough of Hillingdon. When we look at the pictures of our car parked on a street, it has yellow parking fines all over it. Obviously these were taken off before the car was (finally after 3 hours) returned to us. We are expecting another 5. The total of days we left the car in the hands of Ezybook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reported to trading standards, the police, citizens advice and watchdog. Please keep on posting your bad reviews, the more they get the harder they will have to work to get the overall rating, which is why people (including ourselves, lesson defiantly learnt!) keep booking. Keep posting if you have had a bad experience, which I think is 100% of people using this sickening company.”

YOU MIGHT AS WELL PARK YOUR CAR ON THE M25 AND LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IS DISGUSTING”

Ok we did as instructed rang at 1030 for 1100 car drop off.
Guy on the phone said ok and hung up,
Reached terminal at 11 no car, 1120 I rang he said "its on the way" and hung up again.
1200 I rang again to be told the driver cannot get in the terminal so i was told I had to go to terminal 5.
45 minutes later we eventually reach terminal 5 surprise surprise there was no car.
So for the 15th time I rang them to be told " it's on the way" again i was hung up on.
1300 hrs I rang again after 4 attempts I got through to be told to calm down and that the car is on its way, all I wanted to know how long it will be as we have been waiting since 11 am, he started getting angry at me, again I asked when it will be?
To my shock his answer was " stop ringing I WILL SHAG YOUR MUM"
That left me shocked and stressed, I told my wife that the company who have had our money and have our car has just told me to stop ringing or he WILL SHAG MY MUM.......this brought her to tears,
I did ring again at 1400hrs to be hung up on.
I recieved a call at 1415 asking me if I was in terminal 3 ? I had to explain his company told me to go terminal 5 I know why now give the company more time to lie to me because my car had not even moved never mind been outside like I was told, my car arrived at 1430, apparently the driver was just helping them, i asked who is boss was? To be told he doesn't know, so with this I realised we were dealing with a complete fraud company, probably no insurance so good job there was no damage, there were other families all in the same situation who had been waiting hours, reading the reviews all bad all the same experience I have,I bet nobody has had any responses from this company? Certainly no offer of a refund?

Took my car at Heathrow and parked in an unauthorised car park resulting in me getting tickets. Refuse to pick up the phone and then hang up. Rude and don’t want to know.”
“Absolutely dreadful. 2 hours waiting going out, 75 minutes coming back. Controllers are rude to put it mildly, they even swore at my wife. Drivers are incompetent too....found out on the way out they had been waiting at the lifts at the other end of row A and didn't have the presence of mind to walk down row A to see if they could find us. Instructions just said park in row A, so having never been there before we thought we were in the correct spot. Also, no idea where they take your car!
If you're thinking about this option, don't. Just pay for parking.”
