“I have been trying to get my car back from them for the last 27 hours and I have had to get the Metropolitan Police involved. The company tell me they have lost my car key and are doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Rude and unhelpful staff who lie to you and are blatantly aggressive and rude”
“Scary horrendous experience. Hard to know who is who but I booked Flexi aka Vip Heathrow parking aka Ezybook. The guy who picked the car up was friendly. I misunderstood about the carpark charge (£5.30). I offered to come back but they said I had to transfer them £25. It seemed like a made up fee but I paid that same night anyway and they confirmed they had received it by text. But when I went to pick my car up the guy said I hadn't paid and he wouldn't release my car. Both numbers I had for the company went to the same guy who was accusing me of not paying - even though a text from the same number confirmed I had paid. He kept telling me to pay and to stop wasting his time. It was awful and scary. I was with my baby waiting in the cold,I couldn't get through to anyone else except the guy who was accusing me and I really thought my car had been stolen. Eventually he realised I had paid after all and said he'd release my car. The other car company guys were trying to help me and said this kind of thing happens all the time with the unofficial companies. It might seem like you're saving ££ but it's really not worth it.”
“Booked parking, but after i have seen all negative reviwes, i decided to cancel it, they didn't respond till i open case on paypal and now they just told, refund is on process...
There is no any info on their page about refund policy and on my questions ,when i will receive my money back, they just answered, Please dont brake email chain, dont text us anymore????????????????
I hope paypal will sort out question with refund”
“Shocking experience!!!
Tyre cut, spare wheel stolen, they tried to remove the battery too. Vehicle was driven approximately 150 miles whilst with them.
Avoid at all!!!”
“Not going to write a long email, exhausted by it all. All I can say is everything below and more happened to me. I attach a picture of the driver that abandoned my vehicle. The dumb twat left his wallet in my car by mistake. What goes around comes around.”
“We have experienced the worst service booking them to park our somewhere safely while we are on holiday. They have misused our car and made it so muddy and dirty that it wasn’t in the condition to even sit. It will cost us a lot to clean it. They are frauds not trustworthy at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It would have been better to come by taxi. We have been calling them emailing them but no response. I have never encountered someone so unethical.”
“This is a scam do not use it
We booked our car to be parked from Gatwick Airport for 5 days and they used my car in some mud activity. They use the cars while they should be park somewhere safely. Please see the pictures below, it’s going to cost me £100
To get the car cleaned. When complained no one was willing to help or even listen.. they are bunch of crooks, save yourself money time and grief… they only want to take your money and misuse your car.
Have tried calling them and emailing the head office no one is ready to help..
Don’t use them..!!!!!!”
“Booked through Ezybook website for meet and greet at heathrow terminal 4. On the date of travel, August 2022, we made contact with the service provider 30 mins prior arriving at the terminal. On arrival there was nobody awaiting, made contact again, was told to await another 30 mins. At the end no one had showed up and upon calling them, i was rudely spoken and threatened by the member of staff.
We were stranded at the very last minute and running late for our check in. In desperate situation with no parking, i ended up paying £400 to park my car at long stay car park to avoid missing my flight.
Please do not use this service as they are very unreliable and will let you down at the time when you need it the Most.
Absolutely unprofessional and fraudsters.”
“Book at your own peril. This company is a scam site. All parking operators (platinum parking, skylink, rainbow...) are not IAPA affiliated and are just the same group of con-artists who will take your car and ruin it or not pick up at all. In my case, i had to ask family to collect my car from short stay as they didnt pick up the call and am probably thankful in hindsight. I assumed this gang were not up at the early time of drop-off and was proven correct when i called later just before we boarded, I accused them of being a scam and an Asian man with poor english just said 'yes, scam.' You won't be able to get refunds. You will have a good chance of missing your flight. I have learnt my lesson to stick with APH or Purple Parking. The website needs to be shut down as it is trading illegally and works with/are run by the same people.”
“They left us waiting for 40 minutes when we dropped the car off, this is after failing to answer the phone for 15 minutes!
On our return we waited for 90 minutes for the car to be brought back. After having been travelling for 15 hours it’s not acceptable. They weren’t apologetic and offered no explanation, just said to wait for the driver to call!
Never using this company again, it wasn’t worth the £20 saving”
“If I could give -0 then it would be a fair rating. My wife and I experienced the worst level of service you can imagine possible. It is only now, after the event, that I found the real reviews for Skylink Parking Services Ltd (Quick Meet and Greet Heathrow) and I can only ask everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I followed their written instructions and called 30 mins from arrival at LHR Terminal 5. Phoned when arrived and informed 15 minute wait, no problem at all as I had ample time prior to departure. Although it took me another 3 or 4 phones calls, being told 'on the way' or '10 mins away' it was slightly vexing, but I put it down to traffic. Total wait time was 45 minutes and the driver was friendly and polite, so I did not worry whilst away for the next 15 days as I have used other Meet & Greet companies previously.
However, it was a COMPLETE difference on our arrival back to LHR Terminal 5 to collect vehicle. As instructed on their email, I called when at the Baggage Reclaim and was told be there in 15 minutes. I went to same area, which was detailed on the instructions, Level 4 Row R/S and waited.
After 30 minutes and car not arrrived, I called. Was told was '10 minutes away'. 14 minutes later I called again, but no answer, and tried 3 more times - still no answer. Sent text stating I was still waiting. It was now past midnight and I had been waiting for over an hour for my car which was allegedly '10 minutes away'. Received a call from a private number stating was '10 minutes away'. Then 10 minutes later from a private number the person asked 'if I could now see my car'. I was bewildered, as I had not moved from same spot for over 1 hr 10 minutes, and replied the car was not there.
He then told me, incredibly, that I should be able to see it as his driver was with it. When I again stated it was not there, he said driver is there on Level 5 (not Level 4 as stated) and I should hurry up and get up there.
Wife and I got in the lift to ascend to the next upper level. Immediately exiting the lift I saw my vehicle 'abandoned' in complete darkness and no driver in sight. I rang and was told the driver had 'popped to the toilet' and I said I would wait so he could give me my keys and complete the paperwork. To my utter disbelief, I was told it was not necessary to wait, to just look under the passenger side front tyre and that is where he had left my keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I asked to speak with the driver, he refused, and said I could stay there all night in the cold if I wanted, was up to me.
I walked round my car, with flashlight, and saw a very large key scratch across the width of my bonnet. They are not aware of the fact that I took a very detailed video walk around of my new car when I dropped it off, in case of any bodywork damage or kerb damage etc on my return. Whilst I was doing this, two Heathrow police stopped by on foot patrol and noticed me. They looked at the scratch and when I told them of the sequence of events and how my car had ended up on Level 5, they both said that it was just as well they had not patrolled 5 minutes previous to this, as any 'abandoned' car on this level is towed away. They also pointed to a sign nearby which indicated that I should pay a £5 charge online before I drove off, otherwise I would receive a penalty charge. I did this, as I knew there was an exit charge anyway, so no problem.
On starting the engine, I noticed that my readings/units had been changed over from mph to kph. My media system (navigation etc) had also been tampered with. I can only assume that this was an attempt to hide the fact that they had actually done over 170 miles in my car! And insult was that I had to refuel to start my journey home.
On arriving home in the early hours, I saw in my mail 2 x Parking Charge Notice. One from LHR themselves stating that I had parked without payment of the parking charge (on arrival) and have to pay £90. As luck would have it, I noticed that the ticket which the driver had asked me to pay at the machine prior to him taking my car to his compound, was in the coin tray. This clearly shows that I paid LHR for entry, with date stamp and time. For whatever reason, the driver failed to put the ticket in the machine when he left which then ACPOA Parking has issued me with a breach of their T&Cs and £90 to pay.
The second Parking Charge Notice (from Parkingeye) was dated the next evening, (I had already been in Greece 24 hours by now), for a Hotel & Conference Centre in London, illegally parked for 26 minute and now have a £100 parking charge to pay!!!
As I have only been home 2 days now, I anticipate many more Parking Charge Notices and perhaps Speeding Fines etc to arrive on my doorstep. If I dont, then I will be very surprised as it is clear to me that they used my car for 170 miles in my absence. I can prove this, as I took a photo of my odometer, again when I initially arrived at Level 4 car park.
Overall, a very disappointing, disgusting level of service and abuse of my personal 8 month old vehicle in my absence.
Looking at previous reviews, why on earth would a booking agent allow them to advertise their services on their platform? Treat any listing of Meet & Greet service with caution. Make sure you search for genuine reviews and in hindsight, pay for a better service.”
“I wish I had read reviews before booking seems I had similar experience to others. Car returned filthy didn't take note of mileage but tank was definitely lower than when I dropped off. Driver seat lowered plus steering wheel. Looked like it had been parked up on some muddy field WILL NEVER USE THIS BOGUS COMPANY AGAIN!! 😒”
“Turned up at unmanned car park in the middle of nowhere in early hours of morning, no answer on telephone number they tell you to call, nobody there to leave keys with or take you to airport, had to drive and leave car at short stay which cost hundreds of pounds and made flight with minutes to spare. Trying to get refund since and totally fobbed off continuously being told different things. They do not care. Avoid at all costs.”
“Avoid at all costs.
2 hour wait to collect my car, arrived at 10pm, and was midnight before they finally arrived, after several calls always being told they were on there way.
Rubbish left in car, drink can, food wrappers, along with other customers names & phone numbers on bits of paper. (Data protection breach)
Back seat had cleatly been used for passenger, as things on the back seat had been piled up onto child seat.
I was suspicious of mileage and fuel level too, my car had clearly been used.
THEN....... A week after arriving home, I received a £100 parking fine, with video evidence of my car being driven into a budget hotel for 30 mins, on a day I was out of the country!!! It appears my car was used as a run around or un registered taxi while I was away. 😡
No one responds to querys/complaints, just completely ignore you.
Will never book cheap meet & greet again.
Ironically on ezy website the company i selected (Parking services ltd) had 10/10 reviews, as did all ones offered showing 9 or 10/10, but since looking on trust pilot and here, its all 1*.
A big con. 😡😡😡”
“I have received terrible service from your company, I dropped my car off on the 12th, called 8 times as you had either hung up on me, left me on hold and then disconnected me or shouted at me.
When picking up my car, I was told 20 minutes, after several calls I received my car 45 minutes later with mud covered up the drivers side of my car.
Terrible service from your staff and I want some money returned, I also have photos.”
“Initially I received no confirmation for several days and had to make numerous phone calls to resolve this.
30 minutes before arrival I called as requested. On arrival I called again and was advised they'd be 5-10 minutes. After 20 mins I called again and was advised the same and that traffic was causing the delay. I don’t accept this as they must account for traffic conditions, plus they had notice of my arrival. When they did arrive approximately 40 minutes after my arrival I was told as my booking was for 0800 they wouldn’t arrive earlier.
On return I called as the flight was early to ask a driver to meet me. I was advised I have to wait until the original time booked. I became quite upset explaining I was asked to call once at security, therefore I was expecting them to arrive as soon as they were able. It seemed unfair to ask me to wait another 2 hours as flights can be unreliable and the time booked is always an estimate based on arrival time. I then agreed the driver would call me on arrival at the car park to avoid me waiting by my car as it could be up to two hours.
Over an hour I called them, no reply. I then got a call stating my car is there. I arrived a few minutes later and no-one was at my car. I called again and was told the driver left and my key is on the front wheel, I explained this was not acceptable service and they hung up. I then had to pay for over 30 minutes parking as they hadn't advised me my car was there earlier.
I wrote all this to complaints department but have had no response. I recommend you do not use this company, not good service at all.”
“Never left a review before but I had to for this company. Service is so poor. A queue of people waiting for their cars all moaning about how bad the service was and how long they had been waiting. Called a number of times over the space of half an hour and no one answered. Finally got through after 30+ mins and they said the car would be there in 25 mins. Over one hour later we were still waiting for our car. Called back again and the person hung up on me and then my partner tried and same thing happened. Terrible service - rude staff.
Car was dropped off covered in mud, back seats had been tampered with, Costa cup and crumbs, and worst of and most disgusting of all, a cigarette burn hole in the driver seat with the car stinking of smoke (we are non smokers!)
You also have to pay for the parking at the meet and greet. The car arrives late for pick up so no benefit there.
Do not use this company and please read other similar reviews.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Scum of the earth. Booked by mistake. After cancelling I was told I’d get a full refund straight away. I’m 12 weeks in now and still no refund. Keep getting told (when they answer the phone) it will be 2 more days!! Oh and they don’t email back EVER and when you do get hold of them by phone your always talking to Allan Richardson, yes it’s always someone different!! AVOID”
“I was refused today to pick-up my personal car from the Gatwick airport as a measure of punishment which was verbally voiced over the phone because a disagreement regarding the place of delivery( allegedly they do not park anymore to S terminal which is not true). Even though it is written crystal clear that the car should have been delivered to South terminal, they told me to forget about the contract in a very rude way without even explaining or to show any manner ...I was sent to N terminal and he has threatened me that he would make sure to delay me by at least two hours. Went there and everyone refused to speak to me after telling the Reg number. Eventually they have asked to call same number back (ending in 5611), which I did. This time I was very aggressively refused to have the car and he has sent me home and to comeback the following day since he has blocked on purpose the car. He was reluctant and did not want to listen that I had to change two flights in the last 24 hours with a stop and my wife and my 5-months-old infant had to endure all this treatment...He was not touched that I was going to call the police..
Eventually, people over there hearing the discussion went without his permission to unblock the car. Allegedly he told me that he is the boss and no escalation can be made even though I had asked to see him personally in order to find a peaceful solution considering all the circumstance. They have verbalised that he has sent notification to all of them not to release the car. However, they did this gesture of goodwill risking their jobs but surprise.. not for free!!! I was asked some money as tips which I had to give them having to prioritise my son sitting for an hour in a very windy corner and stop seeking my rights!
I have sent an-email this morning addressed to you regarding my flight change requiring to pick up the car one day earlier.
Please note that I am about to involve the police as well with the recorded evidence in my possession.”
