Fabulous flowers, 1st order arrived and ladyed 3 n half weeks. 2nd order arrived and one of the rises was a little ropey, sent a pic and 2 days later a whole new bouquet was sent, beautiful flowers and really pleased with the service and the whole family now looking forward to the next 'flower day'

I ordered these for my Mum. She absolutely loves them and says they are the highlight of her week. Her main comments are how long the flowers last so she keeps the ones from the previous week or so and does 2 arrangements. They are so much better than inter flora or m and a or Tesco who I have used in the past.

Great idea but after 3 months of repeated problems that repeat and don't get resolved - missed deliveries - random deliveries with wasted flowers since I was away - multiple payments drawn amounting to £144 miss billed and now quarrelling to get monies refunded - no apology and no December flowers for Christmas I have to part company with their subscription service .....it doesn't work.

Outstanding customer service! They really care about their customers. I received a sad looking bunch on New Years day so dropped a message to their customer service team. The response was so quick and they sent out a fresh bunch. They are gorgeous flowers...

My first flowers were sent free to see if I liked them. The flowers arrived on time but when opened 2 out of 5 flowers were damaged and writhing. I then decided to cancel but have had no replies to my email. Freddie’s Flowers then decided to ask my card (which I had frozen) 12 times for the money that was not owed to them. No replies to my email so far.

Absolutely Shocking!! I signed up last Tuesday 12th November with my first delivery for my wife confirmed by Freddie's Flowers for the 15th November. Absolutely nothing turned up and there was no contact from either Freddie's Flowers or the delivery company. I sent an email to them on the Saturday and then followed up again on the Monday and received absolutely zero response. I then phoned twice on Wednesday 20th and eventually got through to someone. They looked at the system which said that it was still with the driver 5 days later!! I asked why I hadn't had a response and they stated that they have had a lot of emails and have been to busy to even read my email! This is absolutely shocking for an online company that's business relies on new customers, happy customers to introduce their services to friends and family and ultimately a strong delivery service. I was offered an apology and a delivery the next day which in itself was dumb given that would be the day before my supposed next weekly delivery!! Quite frankly the person on the phone didn't give a hoot and failed to take my complaint seriously. It does seem that these days companies take no responsibility for their errors and simply couldn't care less!

Don’t sign up for this. I signed up at the Craft Show in Birmingham. The flowers looked gorgeous and the guy explaining how it works was ace. However, I didn’t receive my first bunch of flowers on the date agreed - just in time for my birthday! I phoned them to ask where they were and the customer service was awful. Firstly, I was told that I was wrong about the date - I wasn’t. It was still on my calendar on my account page! Amber did say sorry, then admitted they’d been a glitch on their website. Something about a new website being set up. Anyway, Amber failed to reassure me that this wouldn’t happen again and offered no form of compensation to keep me as a customer when I asked her to close my account. I questioned her customer service skills and said goodbye. Since the telephone conversation I have received an email offering me a free bunch of flowers - too little too late I’m afraid. Previous to my expected delivery date, I’d posted a question on their Facebook page. This was deleted twice and on the third occasion was answered. I really wouldn’t waste your energy or money with this company.

This is a comment on my first box. I was excited & looking forward to delivery, I was at home to accept it. Huge box arrived, I was shocked when I opened it as many of the leaves on the flowers were broken, the flowers were all wilting & looked only fit for the bin. They since revived once in water but I will not waste anymore money. I’m glad I paid only £12 for them as to be honest I could have bought better from the supermarket for £6. I’m having one more £12 delivery from Freddie’s to make use of the offer but I would not pay full price for half dead broken flowers again.

I have never ever been so disgusted by the response of a guy called Ewen basically we were supposed to be up at 5am waiting for our flowers??? They were thrown over our electric gates apparently I think the guard dogs probably ate them !!!!! No flowers and told we were ridiculous and talking too loud and then put the phone down after telling not to bother!!! I am a CEO which makes no difference but I am shocked never ever use them he told me 39000 deliveries and we should be grateful👿

The flower choices are excellent. The packaging is good and the concept itself is really great BUT the flowers are often bruised and battered, the drivers don't pick up the boxes, they don't read the delivery notes and leave flowers out all day in the hot sun when there is a shady cupboard 2 feet away and the customer service are not interested in feedback. I have been woken up by a 3am delivery - by the dog more than the noise of the driver, but at that time!? Drivers left flowers in odd places and didn't put a card through - so I found them rotted weeks later, I really wanted this company to thrive, but the only time I got a lot of attention was when my card was lost (which they knew about and they sent the next flowers despite this. The automatic payment didn't go through and then used more effort and staff in the next month trying to contact me for payment than they had in the previous 10 months when I had tried to get them to call me back to iron out the constant problems. So for a Flower Delivery Service - they are great at flowers and poor at delivery

Another subscription service that makes it near impossible to cancel, will ignore your emails, and deliver using a rubbish courier who invites himself onto your property despite you requesting delivery to a neighbour, leaving the cardboard box outside to go soggy and the flowers wilt. Please don't waste your money. Go to a more established company like Bloom and Wild who offer letterbox flowers, or better yet use a local florist and put some money into your high street.

After a slightly bumpy start, Freddie's Flowers addressed the problem straight away in a friendly, helpful manner. The flowers are beautiful nearly two weeks on. Lovely packaging and very helpful tips. I will definitely be using them again.
