The recipent of the flowers contacted his manager inquring about the flowers because he had no idea who sent them. It was a new baby gift, but the card had nothing to do with the baby or our company. Thank goodness he was aware that we send gifts to new parents. He and his wife did enjoy the flowers.

Thank you for an eatly delivery so many time my delivery was last of the day or did not make iy at all. I know you farm out deliveries to locals (pun intended). Today you got it right. She loved her flowers and that makes me happy. We were on thin ice FTD and me after a very long relationship. You were down to your last try but you have bounced back, lets keep up the good work.

Are you kidding. I placed my order a week in advance and it was never delivered. No one called to say there was a problem with the order. I called to see where my order was no reason why the flowers were not delivered no apologies now that we missed my aunts birthday they say the will arrive now3 days late. I cancelled the order.

I was very disappointed with my recent order #60388278120, "Fresh Peony Bouquet," delivered in New York City 06/27/2025. The package was opened (with excitement) almost immediately on arrival, the base of the stems cut and the peonies place in water. After a day or two, 3 or 4 in the bunch opened partially -- never fully, to this day. Two stems seemed dead on arrival. And the rest of the peonies in the bunch never opened at all. What could have happened? Were they frozen in shipment? A sad waste of over $100. R. Duvall

I ordered a premium bouquet for an important person in Leadership at our company for a celebration of life for her father who passed away. What they received was not a representation of what I had ordered and paid for. I called FTD with an issue and they were going to send out another bouquet the next day - and it looked the same as the original bouquet - the combination of those two together might have equaled what I ordered, but not really. In the future, I think that we will order directly from a florist and not FTD.

I was very disappointed that the delivery was sitting on the porch. The lady it went to did not get a knock or doorbell ring. Good thing something else got delivered or she would not have gotten her flowers. This was not a good experience.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday, June 28th to celebrate my Granddson and his wifes first anniversary. They cost me $97.10. They were not delivered until Tuesday, July 1. They arrived too late for the celebration. I am so disappointed.

In the past I received a picture of the flowers delivered to the porch. I would like to have seen a picture this time. I have no way of really knowing if the flowers were delivered to the correct house. One of the last times I had flowers delivered by FTD the flowers ended up on the wrong porch.

We can always request an early delivery time, but we can not guarantee an exact time. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with.

i was unhappy with the way my order was handled. first, i ordered on Sunday for a Monday delivery to a family member who was hospitalized in Ketchikan AK. i found out later in afternoon on Monday that they could not delivery that day, then a few hours later another message indicating they couldnt locate a florist at all. I feel like someone could have called me with this inforamtion to give me time to order elsewhere. there is a florist in Ketchikan i could have went directly to for this. It was not handled well at all.

I sent a "Peace Lily" houseplant to a friend upon her mother's passing. She loved it & said the quality was wonderful. Delivery was prompt & communication with FTD was easy. Thanks for a great experience.
