“I needed a sofa quickly and Furniture 123 turned my order around and delivered it in 48 hours, one of the few companies who can do this. The sofa itself was exactly the same as advertised and is exceptional value for money. The delivery driver and his co-worker were very polite and didn't grumble at bringing the sofa up the steep steps to my front door. I am pleased I chose Furniture 123 and would recommend them.”

“Love this bed, it looks great and is exactly as shown on website. The only down side was when I ordered, the delivery date was extended by a month. Would definitely order from here again.”

“Ordered 2 benches for dining room both came with no screws and instructions eventually screws were sent in post then after along wait instructions for chest of drawers were emailed not much use when you have benches to put together finally correct email sent would definitely give 10/10 for the actually benches but unfortunately not for customer service which took around 2 months to finally receive what we needed but then maybe covid is to blame x”

“PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I still have no goods and no refund despite writing terrible reviews each and every day and having spoke to a customer service manager that assured me my refund was in process (this was a week ago) !!! Trading standards it is .....”

“Items delivered 24th June. One parcel missing, which was reported by email immediately. Had one email to apologise, asking for parcel number of missing item, and nothing since. Not impressed with lack of communication. In my opinion, the company should have re-sent the goods which were missing. Haven’t opened the other boxes, therefore can’t comment on quality of goods.”

“Ordered my furniture on 7th June, was emailed the next day to say it had left the warehouse. Now been told it wont be delivered until the end of July. So...don't order if you're in a hurry! Hopefully the table and chairs will be perfect when they eventually arrive”

“This company are a complete shambles, still no order recieved and no refund . I have spoke to a manager to phoned me twice, who confirmed my refund would be processed. Still no refund.....please do not order ANYTHING from this company. Next step for me is trading standards and ombudsmen .”

“Our delivery kept getting delayed and we were informed via email. We were sleeping on the floor having sold our old bed and mattress expecting our new bed and mattress to be delivered on time. When it was delayed for the second time I took it upon myself to check the website. I discovered the bed frame was in stock but the mattress was out of stock for another 6 weeks! The last email we had gave another 2 day delivery delay which didn't add up and I suspected we would just keep getting automatic emails to say our delivery is delayed every few days until the mattress became available in 6 weeks. I sent an email to the company which after 2 days was not responded too and I got another "your delivery is deleted" email. I called customer service and got through to someone very helpful who confirmed my suspicions. They quickly apologised and agreed to cancel the mattress from my order and arranged for the Bedframe to be delayed the next morning. I ordered a mattress from a different company and they offered free next delivery so it all worked out ok. The actually Bedframe was a challenge to put together, it took the best part of 3 hours and at the very end we were missing a single plastic connector for the slats. The bed itself is gorgeous and the customer service when I reached out was great but some issues with the delivery date and missing part means I gave 3 stars.”

“Absolute quality service I ordered my garden furniture at daft o clock time in the morning because these cube sets are hard to get hold off I placed my order early hours Friday morning I recieved the set Saturday morning with the delievery lads keeping me posted that they will be there in half hour so you had time to get sorted.. Defo order from here again that’s for sure!”

“Bought the Harper grey 3door, 3 drawer wardrobe. Really pleased with it. Very sturdy and my husband managed to assemble it without any swear words!!! He did it by himself aswell. Had a couple of cancelled delivery dates but other than that, no problems. Would probably use this company again”

“Please do not buy anything from this company. If I could have given no stars I would but no option for that. Long story short, I ordered a mirror 27/05/20 , I have never recieved the mirror , I have been asking for a full refund for over 3 weeks now , customer service manager phoned me x2 now advising they will provide a refund but still nothing. Not the managers fault he is just caught up in this and has been very polite during our calls but this company really need to get their act together . I only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my mirror. So to date 5 weeks down the line , no mirror and still no refund. Please go to wayfair, far more organised and trustworthy company.”

“Delivery was quick, boxes a bit battered but no damage to goods. Table and chairs were relatively easy to put together although bottom of instructions were chopped off. Would like parts numbered, the way the screws were bagged made it clear which to use. Pleased with it😊”
