“It was delivered on the expected date and almost at the expected time (slight delay of an hour) but this wasn't an inconvenience. The bed was as expected and my daughter is very happy with it. Thank you!”

“Once the bed turned up it’s lovely! I had paid for next day delivery, firstly there was a problem with the mattress being out of stock so I had to order one elsewhere as they had no double mattresses. Then the day of delivery for the bed frame arrived, waited and waited for it to get a message at 7pm to say it wasn’t going to be delivered! I’d got rid of the old bed frame to make way for the new one and the next delivery date was 4 days later. I tried to call them and was on hold for 87 mins and then got cut off. I then emailed and the response I got was ‘we’ve refunded £10 of the delivery cost.’ I wouldn’t say they’re reliable and I had to chase them for the refund of the mattress as they didn’t even contact me, I had to contact them.”

“Great electric fire for the price, issue with the first one (damage on the front and top fell off whilst unpacking) but rang customer services and no issues sending out and collecting the old one. Very good service, would recommend.”

“Our order was delayed and rescheduled six times, but they only told us on this the evening before the delivery was due each time, very frustrating , after several weeks of delays I wanted to cancel everything due to frustration but I could get hold of anyone, I emailed the customer service site but had no response , then it all finally arrived, The furniture was all fantastic and I’m glad we didn’t cancel, I did finally get a reply to my emails a week after delivery, I would have been happy to wait as long as we did if I had been told his , but there was no communication , So to summarise, great furniture, terrible service.”
