“Ordered a table for next day delivery almost 2 weeks ago, still hasn't been delivered. Furniture 123 customer service is shocking. Only 1 of 5 emessages replied too, basically telling me its not their issue its the delivery company (arrowxl, whose customer service is as bad). Non premium rate telephone numbers don't work either. Still no table and no refund.”

“Delivery guy called Macaulay was fantastic, followed intructions I left and called me on my mobile to say he had arrived, Far far superior service than Hotpoint that I received a few days earlier who were awful, Dropped tight to my door and so polite on the phone. Very happy and he needs recognition as delivery guys are not always this helpful. Thankyou Macaulay! Emily. 8 cary castle Torquay Tq14qz”

“It was delivered on the expected date and almost at the expected time (slight delay of an hour) but this wasn't an inconvenience. The bed was as expected and my daughter is very happy with it. Thank you!”

“Once the bed turned up it’s lovely! I had paid for next day delivery, firstly there was a problem with the mattress being out of stock so I had to order one elsewhere as they had no double mattresses. Then the day of delivery for the bed frame arrived, waited and waited for it to get a message at 7pm to say it wasn’t going to be delivered! I’d got rid of the old bed frame to make way for the new one and the next delivery date was 4 days later. I tried to call them and was on hold for 87 mins and then got cut off. I then emailed and the response I got was ‘we’ve refunded £10 of the delivery cost.’ I wouldn’t say they’re reliable and I had to chase them for the refund of the mattress as they didn’t even contact me, I had to contact them.”
