“Do not order anything from this company. Could not get through to speak to them on the phone to cancel my order that was placed on the 27/05/20. Money was taken out of my account immediately but I still have not received my order over a month later. Customer service via email has been useless , fobbed off at every turn, still not received my order or received a refund despite me asking for this 4 times! I should have gone to Wayfair! Which is where I plan to go from now on.”

“Customer service on line was very efficient. The price of the ottoman was very good as the quality of ottoman was excellent. Sturdy and very elegant with stud decoration. Looks great at the foot of my bed. Handy storage too. Delivery was on time with a smile. Thank you.”
