“Bought high gloss large TV unit and matching table, well made and excellent quality, Bought on Friday, delivered Monday, paid the delivery worth the tenner, I am now buying the matching sideboard when its in stock. Read other reviews, if you chose free delivery for anything it takes for ever with the current virus situation.”

“Ordered and chose my delivery date. Got an email to say had been delayed a week, wasn’t a big deal for me, chose a new delivery date that suited me. Got notification the day before delivery and a time slot. As promised got a call from driver 45mins before they arrived. The build of the Safina Roll top bed was pretty easy, instructions could be better. Love my new bed, very good quality, very happy.”

“Easily ordered, I chose a delivery date and it all went to plan (delivery within a week with my own choice of day to select from) Contacted via email and text day before with an estimated delivery time, then contacted by phone just before delivery. It all went to plan and my little granddaughter absolutely loved her new bed. Great quality and built to last for many years to come. I will definately order from this company again and highly recommend to all. I look forward to shopping with Furniture 123 when I decorate my lounge.”

“I recently bought a beautiful teal blue velvet arm chair and I am absolutely delighted with it. The colour and material are both gorgeous quality and the workmanship is fabulous, it looks amazing and is soooo comfortable to. Love it.”

“Lotti Sofa Paid for a chosen delivery day, didn't come until they next day, no apology, text or email to say why it was delayed by a day ( good job I was in)! After unwrapping the sofa it smelt fishy & although it looks nice, it's so hard & uncomfortable! Tried to ring customer service several times with no joy. Sent 2 emails & still no reply a week later to even reinburse my delivery charge! Luckily the sofa was for a spare room, so it wont get much use, but what a problem trying to sort a return, I've given up with this company!”

“Lola Furniture is beautiful. The colour Of the knobs and legs are described aS rose gold, this is not the case it is a much more neutral bronze colour. The products were packaged very securely and the legs were easy enough to assemble.”

“Website promised 1. Confirmation of the delivery day 24 hours beforehand. .2. Notification of a 4-hour time slot, by email and text, on the evening before delivery. 3. A call,from the driver on the day to say he was on his way. None of that happened. All we got was an email on June 18 to say delivery would be on June 24. In fact the order arrived on June 23 without any advance warning, early in the morning, just as the recipient, my daughter, was about to leave for work. Because the delivery was very heavy packages to construct a bed, she was unable to get it inside the house on her own, and had to leave it in an unsecured position all day while she was at work. Help for her would have been in place if the company’s delivery promises had been kept. (I accept Covid restrictions don’t allow delivery men to enter houses). It was sheer chance that there was someone in the house when the delivery arrived, and fortunate that there was no thief with a vehicle around during the day to take advantage of a golden opportunity. What a shambles of a delivery service. Good job the bed seems ok.”
