“Lotti Sofa Paid for a chosen delivery day, didn't come until they next day, no apology, text or email to say why it was delayed by a day ( good job I was in)! After unwrapping the sofa it smelt fishy & although it looks nice, it's so hard & uncomfortable! Tried to ring customer service several times with no joy. Sent 2 emails & still no reply a week later to even reinburse my delivery charge! Luckily the sofa was for a spare room, so it wont get much use, but what a problem trying to sort a return, I've given up with this company!”

“Lola Furniture is beautiful. The colour Of the knobs and legs are described aS rose gold, this is not the case it is a much more neutral bronze colour. The products were packaged very securely and the legs were easy enough to assemble.”

“Website promised 1. Confirmation of the delivery day 24 hours beforehand. .2. Notification of a 4-hour time slot, by email and text, on the evening before delivery. 3. A call,from the driver on the day to say he was on his way. None of that happened. All we got was an email on June 18 to say delivery would be on June 24. In fact the order arrived on June 23 without any advance warning, early in the morning, just as the recipient, my daughter, was about to leave for work. Because the delivery was very heavy packages to construct a bed, she was unable to get it inside the house on her own, and had to leave it in an unsecured position all day while she was at work. Help for her would have been in place if the company’s delivery promises had been kept. (I accept Covid restrictions don’t allow delivery men to enter houses). It was sheer chance that there was someone in the house when the delivery arrived, and fortunate that there was no thief with a vehicle around during the day to take advantage of a golden opportunity. What a shambles of a delivery service. Good job the bed seems ok.”

“Good price for high gloss TV unit, well packed and delivered on time. Instruction good and simple to follow, however the fitting of the draw runners didn't follow the same format and took 3 attempts to get right. All in all for a 2m unit it was easy to build.”

“Fabulous up to date service from Furniture 123. Was kept in touch through out. Only trouble was delivery allocated slots failed miserably. My drawers was a day late and my lamp 3 days late.”

“Ordering process was really easy and originally had a delivery date of the 15th June. This was pushed back to the 17th June which wasn't an issue for us. The bed was very well packaged with plenty of protection around it. Instructions were simple enough but took around 4 hours to build, mainly as only 1 of us could do the last 2 hours of it. Would be quicker with two people doing all of it. Once completed its a sturdy bed which looks good in our room and the room feels so much bigger as prior to this we had a king size scroll bed. Only down side is it looks a little beige rather than a true grey but still happy with it.”

“Usually for this kind of price the quality would not be so good but the console table is excellent quality. Able to build on my own no problem and didn't take too long. Looks great in the small space in my hallway and the high gloss is beautiful. Would recommend! :)”

“I’m not sure I would recommend this company and now having read the experience of other people I know I wouldn’t use the company again. Did not deliver when they said they would and absolutely no communication even thought I emailed. I was left wondering if and when my table would arrive. It was supposed to arrive in the Friday and I’d sorted the space so it would be done and dusted for the weekend! Anyway it did arrive eventually on the Monday The table itself is ok, you get what you pay for and I didn’t pay a lot but it’s fine for me for a couple of years or so. Mechanism to extend table is tricky but hey ho, it’s cheaply made. You can buy this table on quite a few other sites for a bit extra....next time I’d pay the bit extra....what price sanity?? This company need to be aware that in the 21st century the customer is king and communication is everything”

“Epic Failure...Again. I ordered a table set from Furniture123 from their website. After accepting my payment and setting a delivery time, they then changed the delivery time, which fell outside of the window in which I needed it. Their response was basically too bad. I canceled the order. A month or so later, my wife still wanted the two tables. Well, Furniture 123 failed, so I went to Amazon and ordered the table. I could only order one from that vender, but there were several, so I ordered the second, not realizing it was furniture 123. The first table showed up just fine with no issues. The furniture 123, well, it never did show up complete. The chairs showed up two weeks late; the table never arrived. I requested a refund. They said no problem and set up a time to get the chairs. The time came and went to pick up the chairs, and they are still sitting here, taking up room in my flat. The refund I had to go to amazon to get because Furniture 123 never did that either.”

“So so so in love with our new ottoman velvet studded bed was more stunning and better quality then I gave it credit for for the price it’s made our nights sleep improve massively as out matterous feels brand new again we love it fast delivery could of done with having it braught in but totally understandable jue to the covid times and safety reasons but yes would highly recommend to everyone”
