“I love the chairs I bought from 123furniture. Was a great deal and they look better in real then on photos so positively surprised and defo recommend to use them. I have already seen other pieces I might be buying as well.”

“I have searched for modern oak tv unit and found one on Furniture 123 website. The unit looked lovely on the picture and very reasonably priced. Never used or heard of this company before so was little nervous ordering units. We needed 2 identical units to go on either side of our wood burner. My concern was returning the units at my own cost if they are not suitable. Decided to order one and if it works we will order second piece. I couldn’t be more impressed. It took no more then few minutes to take my details, order and schedule next day delivery. Got immediate confirmation and number of updates from delivery company. Received delivery as scheduled and the Tv unit is way better then expected. Very impressed. I immediately ordered second piece and yet again it was quick and smooth. It was delivered by different company but equally reliable. Definitely good experience for us.”

“Absolutely unorganised and dishonest. They first get your order, then there is "delay" in sending it to delivery company, then the item can not be located, the usual sob story. Then finally delivery will be confirmed just to wake you up at 7:15 and then the delivery guy says: I am sorry but the second part of your bed was not loaded. Now explain this to a girl who is waiting for her bed. Do not order!!!!! Don't waste your time.”

“I ordered the "Safina Ottoman Double (Item code: SAF003) because I was totally given the wrong information about it by your customer service (!) I had been looking for a double bed with huge storage which does not have an additional metal supporting "legs" inside the storage area. I wanted to use the storage without being scared that I will demage my duvet, etc. with that 2 metal pole when I close the bed. ) I found quite a lot of pretty beds which I like more than this Safina but I did not order any of them because of this 2 metal poles inside in the storage. So I kept looking and found this bed at Furniture 123. I was not sure that it really did not have those kind of metal legs inside because the photo did not show anything inside. It looked clearly being without it. To be sure that I order the right bed I wrote a message to the company and I asked them They did not reply. So I called them and I asked them and I made my question totally clear that I would like to order this bed BUT ONLY IN CASE if it DOES NOT have those 2 pcs of metal supporting legs vertically under the "ribs" The man at the customer service assured me that the bed looks exactly as it was on the photo and it does not have any other things just what I can see. I have asked him again that it was really 100 % that it does not have those metal things. He answered that I can be sure that it doesn`t. So I ordered it. I was so excited to receive my bed after waiting for it for more than a month. Though the company changed the originaly delivery day 2 times but it arrived finally on the 9th June. They called me 10 minutes before the delivery, not half an hour as I was promised. As I was at work I had to orginise to get someone to help to receive my bed. It arrived finally and we started to put it together. It was a total shock when I found it out that this bed came with exactly with those 2 metal "legs" which needed to be attached inside the storage in order to give a support the bed. I was totally speachless from the sock and from the disappontment. Actually I almost cried. This bed was absolutely not my favorite. I ordered it only because I was told that it`s storage is as it was shown on the photo. I am angry and very very disapponted. Especially because I could have had a bed which I really liked and really wanted to have it in my room. But istead I was forced to buy something which I did not like that much but supposed to be with the storage I wanted. But this was not the case. Because your colleague gave wrong information for my inquiery. I think this is absolutely NOT accaptable that your company gives misleading information which results such a disappoitment. I am angry and sad. Honestly if I had more time I would send this bed back but after the corona virus crises finally I could go back to work and can not deal with it and wait another month to get a right bed I want. The bed itself not bad, but this is NOT what I wanted and it is the company`s fault. I would not trust to buy anything from them again.”

“This was a shocking experience, the worst worst worst company I had ever dealt with. All I wanted was a simple cabinet and they cancelled my order twice without contacting me, kept having to call them back everyday and finally when they processed the order, I chose next day delivery option - next day nothing. 4 days later I call them to ask where it is, they say sorry its taking a while and refunded premium shipping fee that was for next day delivery. A week later they text me this time saying '' ah sorry its not in the stock can you wait for 3-4 months?! '' are you guys crazy?.. how can a company like you exist and trade beyond my understanding....... never again”

“Delivery slow. Day 6 of 6 day delivery arrived and payment hadn't even been taken for my item. Emailed for an update, and miraculously payment was taken and my item arrived the next day. Item itself was a customer return described as condition A2. Condition was better than expected and I got a bargain - there was barely a mark on it. That said, some of the wood is rough and of poor quality considering what the original price was. There's no way I would have paid the full price for this item, but I'm happy with what I did pay for it (less than half the original price).”
