“The bed I ordered for my daughter arrived with one part it didn't need instead of one that it did. Contacted Furniture 123 via their emessage explaining the situation and they haven't bothered to respond. I could always call the premium rate telephone number that they use but I don't think so.... Rubbish customer service.”

“Happy with the purchase of Harper white 3 door wardrobes ... Took a bit of assembling but well worth it Definitely requires two for assembly weight wise ... Couple of small dents at corners and one of the drawer backs was split , but all remain hidden. so decided to accept Well packaged and solid units once put together ..Replaced Handles improved the look .. Products were shown as in stock ready for delivery , but once ordered the delivery dates were extended twice as they were waiting on stock ? so maybe a bit misleading on that front. Disappointed after placing initial order I decided to purchase a second unit... Had to pay delivery costs twice as it was not possible to merge the orders into one. I reckon a postage refund on one of the units would have been a good gesture after spending several hundred on furniture. Otherwise”

“I am so happy with my purchase. Best footstool ever. Looks great in my living room. Sturdy and heavy piece of furniture. Nothing to complain very fast standard delivery within tow days i got my order . Thank you so much”

“Too many delays. Sofa ripped on the paper black covering on the bottom and a hole. Stapling quite haphazard but I own a staple gun and was able to fill in the gaps. Sofa looks good. Good price.”

“Love my bed.. due to covid the wait was over a month and had an email saying the driver will need to leave it at the door. I rang and explained I'm 25 weeks pregnant so they helped get it up the step into the living room as much as possible without breaking lockdown rules.”

“After waiting several weeks (which we were aware of) my daughters bed arrvd on the day advised & between the delivery slot advised, however the mattress wasn't. After speaking to the driver who suggested to try customer service i did to be told it would be delvd by 2pm the same day. At 4.20pm no matress called again & office closed. Sent e-mail titled 'missing item'. Rang again the following day to be told it would be with us with 5dys & someone would call me bk by the end of play. No call just a text mess saying within 5dys! No very good customer service. A new bed is no good without the mattress!! Cant believe these are not delvd together! Dare 't open the bed as im not convinced the mattress will be here anytime soon!!”

“I don't think I would buy from Furniture123 again. Placed my order at the beginning of June, day after placing the order I received an email saying that item is on its way. However, couple days later I received a message saying that the item is out of stock. I've tried to contact them, send numerous messages requesting a refund, but no response so far... I'm losing hope of ever receiving my order or getting my money back.”

“The service I received was second to none and I can't recommend enough. Ordered the goods Wed's night and was delivered right on time by Fri. Very impressed with the furniture unit and is of a very high quality. Building instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Overall- very pleased with every aspect of the company. Will definately shop again.”
