“Fantastic service from start to finish, quick delivery and arrived on when it said it would, had a query with the item which was answered quickly by Naill on the live chat/email team, great customer service Naill - Ottoman Bed is lovely and super comfy......very happy and would definitely use Furniture123 again!!”

“Above and beyond the delivery guys came up three flights of stairs with 8 heavy boxes they just got on with it amazing delivery service bought Hamilton bedroom furniture love it amazing value always great service love the furniture123 it’s always my go to when I need furniture thoroughly recommend”

“I purchased 2 chairs and 2 benches from Furniture 123. One of the chairs was damaged underneath and I contacted customer services who came back to me on the same day to offer a partial refund or replacement. The following week my dining table arrived and I realised that the benches were too wide to fit underneath. I contacted customer services again and the following day they responded with information on how to return the benches and even offered a collection service for £15. My refund was processed within a week. It's the best customer service I have received by some considerable distance. Well done.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to order and updates given as to when it would arrive. Telephone call given from delivery guys when they were near. Once built a very small part off one support leg was missing. Called customer services who arranged for it to be dispatched straight away. Very polite.”
