“I love the fire I read the reviews after i ordered and was a little bit worried when people said it was noisy. It’s the same as any fire fan I have had so it was fine for me. The flames are realistic. Deliver was really fast and everyone who has seen it thinks it’s more expensive than it was. Delivery guys were excellent. Very pleased with my purchase”

“I was so pleased by the look online of my tv unit, I had been researching said units for a number of months so was pleasantly surprised by this product's value for money. I had not purchased anything from this company before so was a little nervous with my purchase. When it arrived, secure in plenty of padding, I was really chuffed by the appearance and will not hesitate to buy from this company again. I love my tv unit!”

“I was very happy with the customer service the delivery guys were very informative about time of delivery and helpful in putting the heavy item in the room I requested, the price was good for the sideboard which is a focal point in my lounge.”

“Really happy with our purchase of a love seat. Delivery was on a Saturday which is perfect as we're at work all week, came within a week of ordering and didn't have to wait around all day as they gave a time slot. Friendly drivers and a fabulous chair.”

“Ordered a swatch first which was delivered quickly and very professionally packaged. I then decided to order the piece I wanted as the colour and material was perfect. Ordering was very easy, the price is excellent for the quality of the item. My order was processed and sent out via overnight delivery meaning it would be delivered in the morning. Delivery was also easy as the driver was on time, and very friendly. The piece had slight imperfection which I addressed via customer service, who dealt with the issue and resolved the issue the same day of delivery, I’m extremely happy with my new edition of furniture and will definitely looking to to purchase more from Furniture 123.”

“I had to e.mail customer service as 1 of the castors was not scrwing in properly and they replied really quickly and resolved my issue. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a sofa online, but really liked a teal velvet one i saw, so I went ahead and ordered it. The price was good and ordering was so easy. I was kept up to date on my order and delivery. The delivery chap phoned to let me no when they would be at my house. I am over the moon with the sofa , we had to put the legs on ourselves but it was easy & there is instructions that came with the sofa. The quality is great for the orice and we find it really comfortable. It was so stress free ordering from this company and I would be more than happy to recommend them to my family & friends.”

“Omg!! What a great service! Speedy through the website, fast delivery, I was informed readily right through the whole process. I ordered the Inez velvet foot stool and my goodness it is beautiful. “Happy with my delivery! It was fast, i was kept informed at every step and post delivery, as i had two pieces of furniture, i had an issue with one of the pieces which was resolved almost immediately on their side! Very pleased indeed!”
