“Excellent customer service. I ordered my sideboard then a couple of days later the price dropped considerably. I contacted Furniture 123 without great expectations, but they replied within 24 hours saying cancel the order and place a new one. I did that and my account was refunded almost straight away. Very happy with the sideboard as well so all in all, very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend”

“Easy to order . It was exactly as described and a lovely piece of furniture in my lounge . Delivery was very quick and no damage . Very pleased . Little bit disappointed that they charge for delivery and there is a surcharge which is not great .”
