“Delivery arrived today, 5 days later than originally quoted, and without any notification, but that's my only negative comment. Furniture is fantastic, great quality for the price I'm chuffed to bits with it, just what I wanted. If they could improve shipping notifications and delivery tracking is give them 5* without hesitation.”

“I was extremely happy with my purchase and delivery. With self assembly of the bed all parts were labelled and ALL there with helpful instructions. Delivery was on time. My Orce velvet Ottoman bed is stunning and the Mango wood hand made six draw Art Deco units are fantastic the pictures on the website do not reflect how good they look and craftsmanship. Extremely happy and will use Furniture 123 for my future orders.”

“I love the look of this bed, very good quality for a very good price. Customer service was excellent, arranged for delivery at a later date which was no problem and it arrived on time, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a little difficult to put together, but otherwise great colour and looks good in my new bedroom 😁 Thanks 123 Furniture”

“This is fabulous garden seating and the table height is higher than i expected. You could eat a meal at it. Very easy to put together, I managed on my own with just a little help to place it in position. As others said the cushions need a bit of time to work out but a really comfortable set for a fab price!!”

“Beautiful chair, the colour is exactly what I imagined. Good description from seller very happy with the product. There are slight creases in the velvet hence the 4 stars but hoping this will fade out and I really do love it! Delivery took a little longer than initially planned but good communication. Product packed well and easy to assemble.”

“Nice quality unit well packaged and delivered on time and safely. Fairly straight forward to put together and door adjustments well explained. Would have received a higher score except for the fact that the light requires an adapter to work in the UK. I missed it on the website and for the price I think it should be included.”

“Wardrobe Took two weeks to arrive despite saying in stock on purchase. Doors poor quality and one damaged. Took 10 days to respond ignored the pictures I sent and asked me to upload pictures, when I complained they asked me to send pictures to another team who acknowledged them and then asked for pictures. They offered me £30 to keep the damaged door like that was ok, it’s not! An offer they repeated twice. Still waiting for my replacement door around 6 weeks later which they are now referring to as my missing part. It’s not! Possibly the worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced. Product is ok if you can be bothered with the agro then go for it, I won’t be using them again or any of there sister companies I’d recommend you don’t either.”
