“Ordering was quick and easy and delivery was spot on time , and driver was most pleasant and helpful and helped me up the stairs with sofa seat . So its a 5 out of 5 from me”

“A good product and reasonably priced. My only issue was the additional charge for delivery that is not mentioned until the end. Was also charged for a 2 man delivery, it was then delivered by 1 man who struggled due to size and weight of a complete bunk bed. Delivery driver wad polite and finally did the job, but it was not fair in him or us when we had paid for a 2 man delivery. Delivered at the agreed time and on my preferred date, so generally happy and would use again...”

“Very easy ordering, quick delivery, package was received undamaged and bench table and benches were great quality. Not assembled yet as have to transport it to our holiday home.”

“Absolutely gorgeous bunk beds! Was a bit worried by other reviews stating that the slats were difficult to fit but I didn't find that at all. Took my mam and I 2 hours to assemble it and went together very easily. The delivery was spot on. Had a message to give a 2 hour time slot then the driver called when he was 10 minutes away. Can't recommend this bed enough. I've even been on the top bunk with my son watching a movie and it felt very sturdy!”

“When I ordered a bed I specifically asked if it could be delivered end of November as I’m moving in to a new house which is like a building site . I then received a message to say it was coming on the 7th of November so o called customer services and reminded them that we could not receive the bed until the end of the month . I was reassured that this had been done only to have it delivered anyway and it’s inconvenience has now meant I’ve had to hire a van to collect it as the work men couldn’t work when it was there . Feel like this service could of been better , let’s hope the bed is okay”

“well i called to check on a delivery spoke to someone who put me through to another then put through again and in the process it cost me £10 why havent you a free 0800 line or a cheaper one Bit upset with that Jackie Edwards”
