“The communication from purchase to delivery was excellent. The delivery people were possibly the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. The sofa bed is of excellent quality. From previous reviews I’d anticipated that the pull out bed would be exceptionally uncomfortable but this is not the case. The sofa is firm but very sturdy and well made, a few cushions will enhance the comfort. Very happy with this purchase & would definitely use this company again.”

“The Emerson small drop leaf table I bought was damaged in transit but after phoning up I was delighted that the helpful member of staff immediately arranged for another one to be sent to me without any hassle. The assembly instructions for putting the table together proved really easy to follow with every part numbered and clearly identified...there is however a small mistake in section 03 with how to fit the corner pieces, but it doesn't take long to work it out! It took a few hours to put it all together but the result is extremely satisfying....terrific solid table, perfect for two people. Would highly recommend this product.”

“Service was made easy to order. I have had two ottoman beds in the past from you Price was reasonable, delivery was very prompt although incurred delivery charge . Will not be returning the baby pink ottoman bed as it’s beautiful my granddaughter loves it”

“Excellent website easy to order fast delivery after sales team second to none , The console I bought was all real wood and really solid but the price was amazing I'd been browsing for weeks for a console table that would fit in a tight corner and found one here ,it was such a lovely oak one my sister bought one too ,thankyou furniture 123 you will be my first port of call from now on x”

“Purchased a Grade A1 (Condition: Grade A1 items are in brand new condition but may have been re-boxed) guest bed for my twin boys who share a tiny bedroom. I was able to assemble the bed with my dad in an hour!! The beds are really good quality, they're nice and sturdy and all parts were in immaculate condition. Really happy with our purchase.”

“I was surprised at the quality of the dining chairs I bought I have seen similar bug actually not as good a quality for DOUBLE the price I am really pleased with my purchase Delivery was free and delivery men were so kind and brought the chairs upstairs with no complaint I will definitely shop with this company again!!!”
