“I love my new furniture - great quality for the price. I had a slight issue with one of the items and Furniture123 responded swiftly to resolve it. I was so impressed by the excellent customer service. I will definitely order from you again.”

“The products were well made and sturdy and very nice looking. They came well packed and everything was there to enable us to assemble the products. There was a good detailed guide to putting everything together and it was easy to follow. All in all good products at a reasonable cost.”

“Wow absolutely impressed with the service received. Delivery was soo quick and delivery men very friendly. Love absolutely love my sideboard… hubby had a bit of a hard time building it together but wow what a statement piece Love it Highly recommend this company”

“Very reasonably priced company with very nice items. My dining chairs were superb value for money and came ready assembled. The quality of them is excellent and I am very pleased. Communication from the company was great. There was an issue with delivery, but this was from the courier's side not from the company. They sill however offered to refund the delivery charge. This was done immediately. I will definitely use again.”

“Have bought furniture from 123 over several years and always thought it was good quality at a reasonable price. Having purchased a fire I needed to return it as did not match colour on photo. The customer service could not have been better and the matter was resolved straight away. Would recommend 123 both for price/quality and now for customer service!”

“From start to finish alls was perfect couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Was kept well updated with messages and emails was given a delivery time slot and a call by the driver 30 minutes before he arrived, big respect to driver polite happy and chatty as for the product I’m over the moon superb quality strong very easy to assemble perfect colour looks expensive look’s bespoke very well packaged I think you could drop this from a great height and nothing would happen to it would recommend to anyone.”
