“Excellent speedy service and good quality very reasonably priced furniture. Ordered my garden furniture at 5:30pm and it arrived the following day by 11:00am. Would highly recommend this company.”

“The console table was exactly what we were looking for. It was unusually for our bedroom as I measured the new bed in correctly, ooopps. Delivery was super quick and the table is of good sturdy quality, very pleased”

“I recently purchased the safina orange ottoman best price I seen any where closet one I seen was at Made which was over £200 more !!! I rang up first as I wanted to check a couple of thing spoke to Alex he was very helpful online it said delivery September but Alex said they was in warehouse so if I order through th link he sent me said it would be delivered straight away and true to his word it was here the very next day !! The product is well made looks more expensive than it was I absolutely love it and had lots of compliments it has great storage.”

“Received our rattan corner sofa. After only 2 days use cusions have gone flat,i have emailed furniture 123 twice with no reply, that tells me only interested in taking money but no after sales.. very annoyed and will give them 7 days to reply to me before i act upon this..”

“Truly awful. Bed and mattress supposed to arrive on 17th July. Only mattresses arrived. Had to book another day off for bed delivery. Cancelled AGAIN. tried to contact furniture 123 and they said it had been delivered. Umm NO! Asked for it to be registered as complaint - now lost 2 days at work .... not heard from them since. Would not use again.”

“I love my bed and was very pleased with the service. Was aware from previous reviews that the instructions might be a challenge but we managed fine with a bit of teamwork and patience. Sleeping very well now.”

“I ordered 4 Antibesbla dining chair. Delivery was great. I started putting the chairs together I was unable to fit backs on due to screw holes not being in line, there was scratches on one of chair leg, faulty stitching on another. Spoke to customer services and was told to send photos which I did. I want a full refund i only had the chairs 1 day. They are packed back in the box waiting collection. I will see what response I get before commenting on customer services!!”
