“Delivery of my sofa was delayed 3 times (which due to COVID is totally understandable). However, the sofa did eventually arrive with damage on all sides which was extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying to get through by phone/text and email to no avail. I just want my money back!! Fearing legal action is my only option now. Avoid at all cost, £500 is too much to lose for me.”

“I clearly Booked Delivery sat 4th July for delivery. Night before text be delivered mon 6th, so I could have worked the sat. An worse I had to take a stupid holiday for the mon.. So not impressed”

“Excellent delivery, excellent quality, would recommend. The Ottoman bed does take up a little more room in the bedroom than a standard divan, but it still fitted in the space we had. Love it.”

“After I had ordered the bed and read some of the reviews, I was concerned! I have high expectations and I like good quality. However....I bought this for my little girls room. Although I wanted it to look pretty I wanted it to be relatively solid!! Without paying the price tag....just in case!! I am delighted with the quality! It’s not a £2k bed.....so why expect otherwise!! I believe it will stand the test of time. It was easy to build and it feels sturdy! You can see the staples and black surround ‘at the back’. But nobody is going to see that! It’s pretty, solid and comfortable with our mattress. Perfect for a child/teenager or someone that loves blush!! If you are realistic and appreciate the fact you’re only paying £300.....it’s worth what you’ve paid and more!!”

“We ordered the petrol blue and burnt orange Payton sofas. The sofas are amazing, really good quality beautifully made, received so many compliments. Delivery was delayed due to Covid 19 but when the delivery men arrived they were really helpful.”

“Just opened the box and I have got to glue, fill and sand down as there is a big crack in the side panel. For £400 why should you expect this. Too much hassle to send back.”

“Super Fast delivery. Polite delivery driver. Easy to assemble, took about 40 minutes each unit. Changed the knobs to crystal ones. Look perfect in guest bedroom.”

“So in love with my bed. Very good quality, well made ,love the storage space underneath, & my daughter & her partner put it together for me & they said the instructions was simple to follow. I did have 2 missing parts which wasn’t a major problem as it was only the plastic cup bits that hold the slates together which I phoned the customer services & explained & they was very polite & helpful & had them sent straight out to me the next day. It’s well worth the money!! So happy with the service & will recommend them”
