“Delivery prompt and within few days of ordering. TV unit looks good especially when lit up. Would have liked centre insert to have lit up too but overall happy with purchase.”

“I received my bed after a lengthy delivery time, approx 6 weeks. Customer service was excellent when I queried how long and why (Covid related) Bed received and the quality is amazing, even better than I expected. Looks and feels luxury Great value for money. Would recommend to shop here”

“Had some trouble finding answers I needed online, but the customer service team called me to help. I got my order done over the phone, and delivery date selected ahead of time which was what I wanted. Delivery happened on the selected day, and delivery time was easily tracked. Bed looks great, and seems to be of great quality too. Was nervous about it after reading some not so great reviews, but my whole process was great!”

“worst company I dealt with. In their policy they claim they accept returns, in reality it is not like this. They accept a return when you find a company, send the item back at your own expense. I sent numerous e-mails to sales team and after sale. The only e-mail I got is a return address. Beware!”

“You have asked me to review my purchase of a sideboard. This was due Tuesday 7th July. I had a call on the Tuesday to say it would not be delivered & that I would receive a call later that day with the new date. There was no further call. I emailed you on Thursday 9th July & received back an autoresponse to say you should reply within 5 days. So, still awaiting the sideboard or at least a call!!”

“Incredible service. The product is beautiful (I purchase a bed). I had a problem with the website, and was approached by two of the staff over the phone to sort it all out with me. Was given next day delivery which arrived perfectly on time. Couldn’t be happier.”
