“I don't usually give a good review for online retailers but for Furniture123, I feel I have to, bed delivered with 3 days when they said 1 month on the website. Excellent Safina bed, recommend it to any bed buyer.”

“I was dubious about ordering after reading reviews about quality and poor delivery service. I loved the item so went ahead and so glad I did, love my sideboard, fantastic quality, delivery on time,delivery team polite and even pushed the heavy item into my doorway even with covid and restrictions. Very happy,would recommend.”

“Could not be happier with our purchase. Best self assembly instructions we have ever seen, everything bagged and labeled separately and very clear instructions! Delivery was very smooth with a courtesy call beforehand to check everything was set to receive the delivery. Great price and great quality product. All in all a brilliant experience!”

“his company should be avoided This company should be avoided. The poor furniture we ordered is somewhat of a joke. We ordered a £150 console table for our hallway, not cheap in our eyes. It arrived, we opened the packaging carefully. The top of the unit was scratched and missing grey paint quite badly. We have had nothing but a nightmare dealing with the so called customer services team over the period of 10 days, They firstly offered 30% reduction, then agreed to an offer a 50% price rebate, we accepted this but it was a mistake on our part. We tried to build it, what a mistake we made accepting a 50% reduction in price, screw holes that do not match up, screws that don’t fit as the piece inside the wood is already pushed too far into the drill hole. It’s a shambles. It has more faults than I have ever seen on a piece of furniture I have bought in 42 years. I would not ever buy again from this company. It has which we find a huge joke a quality control sticker on it?? Who ever passed it, clearly doesn’t want to own one!”

“Ordered a corner sofa. It arrived super prompt, with two lovely delivery guys. Absolutely what I’d hoped for. I’d never usually buy a sofa on line, but wasn’t disappointed. Great value and no waiting times.”

“Expected my order to be with me within 2 weeks, that was too long but given current circumstances we all need to be flexible so agreed. The portal tells me I've received my order, on calling I was told my order won't be delivered till 5th July!!! Really disappointed, you should be honest about delivery waiting times. I've seen the same product on ebay sold by furniture 123 that would be delivered in days so what is going on? Really poor service and I feel stuck now as they've taken my money but I don't have the goods I need now!!!! Not sure I'll be buying anything from you again!”
