“Placed order for item to be delivered within 6 days. After 5 days contact company to find out whether item delivery is delayed. No communication from company. After 10 days company emails to say product no longer in stock. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.”

“Unbelievably quick delivery and was not disappointed with the quality of my garden furniture. Also described as self assembly but merely all it required was to screw legs on. Fabulous and really pleased with it.”

“Bought three house beds in light grey and dark grey , these product I would highly recommend, build was very simple very sturdy amazing quality , delivery was spectacular with the current lockdown . These beds were exactly what I was looking for and I am extremely happy with the result as I put these up by myself. My kids love these beds and helped pick the colours . I have had very good customer service very quick reply to emails . Would definitely recommend them as a company”

“It’s the first time I’ve used this company and I must say I’m very impressed. I bought a desk and even during this terrible pandemic it was delivered within 48 hours I received Emails giving me updates and a time slots and then a call when they were 30 minutes away. The product was of very good quality and very reasonably priced (a fully assembled desk for my home office) and the care that went into the packaging was outstanding I would definitely recommend this company to anyone given my own personal experience”

“Arrived far quicker than I expected, it came by courier who were very good. The bed instructions weren’t exact but good enough no problems it took about one and a half hours, very pleased with the bed.”

“I ordered a beautiful pouffe for the lounge. It arrived next day & looks even better than on the website. Good price, great customer service & very efficient delivery service who also followed covid guide lines. Will definitely be recommending to friends & family.”

“I would have given 5 stars, only the website had a few issues with payment etc. when ordering which wasn't perfect. However once the order had been placed the customer service was great. The customer service team split the delivery so i didnt have to wait so long for the bed and matress to come together. The delivery turned up on time in the time slot and was handled very well. Was very dubious using them as had never heard of 123 before but was very pleased, and bed was great. Thanks!”

“Great service, speedy delivery and very happy with our Harper wardrobe. It’s really good quality and has certainly been built to last. I haven’t given them that extra star as there were a few scuffs and chips to the back panels but they redeemed themselves when we complained, They looked after us. We have since went on and bought another 2 harper wardrobes in anthracite. Very happy with our purchase!”
