“I bought a bed for my daughter, the whole thing fell apart within days. The trundle wheels came off within the first few days, breaking the panel that holds it in place. I sent furniture123 a complaint, I was sent a new side board for the trundle. That however came broken and useless. Now the trundle is unable to move and the bed itself makes a terrible creaking sound when my daughter gets on it. Would not recommend the bed I bought at all, only reason I give a 2 star is because of nice costumer service.”

“Ordered a new dining table and chair set on the first day, delivery was mid morning the next day. Would be pretty standard and unremarkable but for the fact theres a global pandemic and a third of the world's population is in lockdown. Apparently no-one told these guys. Amazing service, excellent price and a brilliant selection.”

“First Class. I paid the extra for named day delivery. My dining chairs were delivered mid-morning on the day in question. They had been sufficiently packaged so there no scrapes or marks etc. The price I paid was competitive. I would certainly rate this transaction very highly.”

“I find it absolutely hilarious that you've asked me to write a review on something I ordered a week ago, with next day delivery, that I haven't received yet. You told me it would be delivered yesterday and I would hear from the courier with a delivery slot. Still waiting to hear. After complaining, you've refunded my delivery charge, but I was hoping to receive it by VE day bank holiday, I'm now hoping I'll receive it by my wedding anniversary next week, seeing as it's a present for my husband but I won't hold my breath.”

“We ordered our chair on Tuesday 5th May and received an acknowledgement immediately. The website had quoted a delivery date from 17th May which suited us as it was a birthday present for the 24th May. Imagine our surprise when we then received another email saying that the chair would be delivered the next day! The following day we received another email saying that the chair would be with us on Thursday 6th May and a time frame was given. The chaps delivering the item called us half an hour before arriving and delivered the item slap bang in the middle of the quoted time frame. Delivery chaps were very friendly and helpful and placed the chair in our hallway. We are extremely pleased with the chair, the quality and colour is just what was quoted on the website. All in all a great purchase and a company that we will be using again.”

“Very quick delivery during the covid, the delivery man brought both pieces as close to my door as possible which I am thankful for. The price was really good as mirrored furniture can be really expensive.”
