“My boys bunk bed arrived on the expected day, nicely package. My husband and l followed the instructions and put up the bed in no more than two and a half hours. The graphite grey as beautiful and looked just like on their website. Boys love it. Bed is sturdy as well.”

“Great customer service, on time delivery. Absolutely over the moon with the bed. Great quality, looks better in person than on the website! Over all best customer service experience, will definitely be recommending you to friends and family, and will definitely be using furniture123 again! Only one thing, all the agents were named Paul White, as an agent said to come back on live chat when I place the order and asked for him (Paul White) the 3 different times (on different days) I spoke to an agent on the website, all 3 agents names were Paul White! Haha”

“We expected our sofa to come on a saturday, as we paid additional £20 for the saturday delivery. It did not arrive on time, therefore i emailed the store. They got back to me the next day, refounding delivery charges, apologised for the delay and informing me that our sofa will be delivered on monday instead. Quality of the sofa is great considering the price, although it is darker than what it was shown on the picture. Quick response from the company and overall we are very happy with their service, despite slightly late delivery.”

“Used Furniture 123 before and had what I required in stock and collection within 3 days. Just got a coffee table of them which is exactly what I was looking for. Kept me updated when it was ready for collection and were more than helpful getting the item into my car. I had a small issue when the table was back home but after an email it was sorted immediately. Will be using them again for certain and would recommend others to do the same.”

“Ordered a chair for my dressing table/make shift desk, as working from home at the moment like so many others and wanted something comfortable to sit on. Order was placed on Thursday & arrived the very next morning. Very pleased with my lovely chair, so much nicer than I expected, excellent value for money & wonderful service.
