“We ordered four framed prints. Three were great but one was damaged on arrival. Customer service took a few days to reply, but once they did were very helpful and offered multiple solutions. We are happy with the prints we kept and happy with the process to be refunded on the one we keep.”

“I have just order from Fy and they debited my card 11 times for the one order !!!! so a $38 post is now $389 extra !! cant fn=ind a number to call them to sort the issue out , only received 1 email confirming my order not 11 so there is a hiccup with the check out process . wold love to call or have live chat option on this website to resolve the issue , cant see how this could happen you debit someone car 11 times for 1 order ?”

“I hoped to exchange an item because I ordered it without framing, they ended up refunding the original print and I just ordered with the frame. Prompt response time and definitely didnt expect to just get a refund. They ended up saving me a lot of time (I didnt realize how expensive framing is for big prints) will definitely shop again thank you Magali!”
