“Great customer service. Staff very helpful with timely replies to emails. Products not available for shipping to certain countries needs to be addressed BEFORE purchase not after. I have not received a parcel yet so cannot comment on product quality at this point in time.”

“The staff at Fy, particularly Caro, were very helpful at finding the exact print I wanted on a personalised print. As a fussy customer I was never made to feel a nuisance whilst every effort was made to meet my requirements. An excellent service. For some reason my tablet would not let me highlight a rate for customer service but I can confirm definitely 5star.”

“If 0 stars was an option that's what I'd be using. Given my experience, I think the other 5 star reviews are fake. The quality of these prints are appalling. I spent £18 on a tiny print (half the size of A4) that was so flimsy it may as well have been printed on normal paper. I cannot give this to my friend as her intended birthday present, I would be embarrassed. There's no straight forward returns procedure either. Completely disappointed with this company, I will never be shopping with them again. RIP OFF.”

“Excellent choice throughout the website and quality of print bought was excellent. I had incorrectly ordered the wrong size of print. I notified customer service and they couldn’t be more helpful is resolving the issue. Would highly recommend FY and their products”

“I really love the variety of products available on this website. I find it difficult to choose what to buy as there are so many items available that I like. I have purchased prints for myself and as gifts. My only feedback would be it would be great to be able to pick a gift option so the price isn't shown on the packing slip.”

“I have received 2 images today that are the worst quality I have ever seen. They are pixellated and horrible. Not what was shown on the site. There isn't a contact number for the site, so can not speak to someone to resolve quickly. :( We were wanting to finish the room these were going in by the weekend but this site has made that impossible. Not impressed.”
