“Ordered myself a beautiful Chaise Lounge single, it was almost £150 cheaper than anywhere else so thought this must be a rip off somewhere, i did call customer services first to check the availability and ask a few questions, they were really helpful, so to be honest i paid via pay-pal thinking that if it was a con i would get my cash back via process. I need not of worried, it arrived within 4 days from Belgium. So no complaints here and will definitely use again.”

“Product damaged, print crumpled in frame, poor quality - contacted customer service who have said they are sending out a new print which I have to replace in the frame so hopefully once I receive it, I’ll then be happy with my purchase”

“I saw the picture I bought on Facebook and as the cat had the exact same expression one of my cats had, I knew I had to buy it! What I loved was that you could choose different sizes and also different coloured frames so it would arrive ready to hang on my wall. When it arrived it was well packaged and I LOVE it! I will definitely order from Fy again as it was so easy and the products are high quality”
