I had a bit of an issue with ordering and ending up ordering two of the same print by mistake. The customer service team were fantastic in rectifying and I am so happy with the print. Would definitely recommend!!

I have ordered a few framed prints and some canvases. They are all great quality, fun and really vibrant. Great customer service too!

I ordered couple of prints. Customer service so lovely they respond quickly. But if you are expecting your order within 3-4days unfortunately it takes 15 days. I have not received mine but I was told to wait 12 working days for each order I placed. I am looking forward to receiving the items than I will hopefully give an other feedback

I bought the canvas picture of “To the stars and back “ it is exquisite, looks stunning on my white bedroom wall, quality is exceptional ❤️❤️

Waited about 3 weeks for my print,but hey,it was shipped from the states ! Which made me even more excited about the print i bought. The print came in faultless condition with striking colours. Its even better than i imagined. High quality,bold colours,im so happy with my print. Its original and its hanging im my room now,grabbing all my friends attention. Will defo use Fy again.

I have been amazed by the quality of the art work I have ordered, absolutely love all the pieces. One canvas did come damaged but the customer service was amazing and after sending a picture of the damage I was sent a new canvas free of charge, no questions asked. Couldn’t recommend Fy more!

Prints were amazing! The printer missed one part of the order, but the Fy CS team was wonderful and responsive - connected with them and got that sorted out right away. Ordered a whole bunch more and can’t wait to receive them! Love Fy!

On placing my order I didn’t get the 20% off which was stated so I sent an email into customer services explaining this. Anyhow, just received a refund of the 20% which I had already forgotten about. Bonus 👍🏼.

Juli + the Fy! team have been brilliant. The ordering and delivery process was great and although I had some issues with my order, Juli + the Fy! team sorted them immediately and to my total satisfaction. I absolutely recommend Fy to anyone and I’ll certainly be buying from them again.

!!!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!! they are selling artists and illustrators work WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you will not get what you paid for and the quality will be AWFUL. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Order took two weeks to be dispatched. Not a huge issue in itself, but their website advertises quite prominently "Estimated arrival 3 to 5 days", so I was definitely misled on delivery times. The real issue is that the framed art I ordered arrived damaged. The plastic covering has a cracked puncture mark in it, which distorts the entire frame. I contacted FY about this the same day the item arrived with the intention of returning the product for a replacement, but a week later I have not had a response, so it looks like I am left with a damaged product and no other option but to open a chargeback with my credit card. Will definitely not be ordering from FY again.

Appalling. After a few issues and a crazy long wait both delivery and for customer service to respond, i then queried a shipping invoice i had been sent by Fedex for a throw i ordered. No reply for days. I eventually reached out to the instagram dms but they were rude and passive aggressive. Customer service responded that items delivered from the US carry duty and tax charges. It is unclear where an item is being shipped from before purchasing. The payment goes to Fy, a UK company. ‘Iamfy’ is whats shown on the card statement and there is no correspondence from any third party company. I probably wouldnt be writing this now but i was assured they would reimburse (despite the instagram team saying they dont do that) the charge to me but its been 2 weeks and theres no money and no email. Every correspondence i have had with Fy has been responded to with buck passing and excuses. The worst of which is that they are too busy to respond!! The advertising hasnt slowed down a single bit but they are “inundated” with so many queries they cant keep up. It doesnt make sense. “We’re sorry. We’re busy” just is not good enough when they are doing nothing to curtail the demand. This company is doing quite the opposite then simply deleting the negative reactions. So just a warning to people that this is what you can expect. Also, read the Trustpilot reviews. I am unsure why theres such a contrast between the 2 sites.

After ordering the incorrect size of my poster the team at iamfy were quick to respond and help me out with getting the right size! They are extremely helpful and I encourage anyone wanting to “funky” their home up to use this service as the quality of their images are great! Will be ordering more for sure!

I ordered two prints. One came in the mail, while I got an email saying the other would be delayed a few days due to COVID-19 issues. After some time, I contacted them saying I have yet to receive my order. They told me it was shipped, and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number was for the first order. After pointing this out to them, I was told both orders were sent at the same time, and to re-check my package. I had already hung up the first print, and even re-used their envelope, so I knew this wasn't the case. Tired of getting the run-around, so this is my review. Buyer beware!
