“VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had read great reviews about Fy and decided to to order three large pieces of furniture. I have contacted the Customer Service Team on 5 occasions and they have been no help and just very passive. I have received only 2 pieces of furniture and have been told all three pieces have been delivered. I am very disappointed with the service from FY and will not be shopping with them again!”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of this picture. It was if it was printed on cardboard and framed. There was a big crease in the center of the photo and can't go unnoticed. Hoping I can return it and get my money back as I paid $65 for something I can't even hang. Its unfortunate because I really liked the print overall and would've fit great in my daughter's room. Not sure I would purchase from this site again if this is the quality of product.”

“I ordered couple of prints. Customer service so lovely they respond quickly. But if you are expecting your order within 3-4days unfortunately it takes 15 days. I have not received mine but I was told to wait 12 working days for each order I placed. I am looking forward to receiving the items than I will hopefully give an other feedback”

“Waited about 3 weeks for my print,but hey,it was shipped from the states ! Which made me even more excited about the print i bought. The print came in faultless condition with striking colours. Its even better than i imagined. High quality,bold colours,im so happy with my print. Its original and its hanging im my room now,grabbing all my friends attention. Will defo use Fy again.”

“I have been amazed by the quality of the art work I have ordered, absolutely love all the pieces. One canvas did come damaged but the customer service was amazing and after sending a picture of the damage I was sent a new canvas free of charge, no questions asked. Couldn’t recommend Fy more!”

“Prints were amazing! The printer missed one part of the order, but the Fy CS team was wonderful and responsive - connected with them and got that sorted out right away. Ordered a whole bunch more and can’t wait to receive them! Love Fy!”

“On placing my order I didn’t get the 20% off which was stated so I sent an email into customer services explaining this. Anyhow, just received a refund of the 20% which I had already forgotten about. Bonus 👍🏼.”
