“Despite sending out email campaigns to claim they are still offering fast shipping, there are production delays on prints of up to 7 working days - this means you're looking at 2 weeks+ for delivery. This was only made clear to me, a week later after chasing up with two emails. Dishonest & unethical.”

“I am really happy with the chair and the customer services is excellent. Although the delivery was slower than expected, I wouldn't have expected any quicker since it is coming from Germany and both countries have been in lockdown so I have no complaints here. The customer service team always responded within a few hours. Thanks again! 100% recommend.”

“Delivery is shocking, been waiting almost two months for an item, only for it to be stuck at fedex with “no delivery time Scheduled”... (they pay for cheap delivery basically) Customer services have no info and just palm you off with “its coming” If you want quirky cool Home ideas - go to made.com - at least they deliver your product.”

“I cannot praise FY! Customer Service enough. My original order was dealt with very professionally and quickly. When for reasons beyond our control not enough of my mural could be sourced, I had to cancel. It was then that FY! excelled. They were immediately responsive to my emails and managed the whole refund process extremely pleasantly and quickly. My comment to Paloma and the FY! Team was “ You are all amazing and so efficient. This is the best international Customer Service I have ever received. Well done and Thank you!””

“Really disappointed 25% discount code not applied with my purchase, via my facebook . However after contacting FY customer Service they explained the links on FB sometimes break and refunded me the difference excellent service would use again”
