“I cannot praise FY! Customer Service enough. My original order was dealt with very professionally and quickly. When for reasons beyond our control not enough of my mural could be sourced, I had to cancel. It was then that FY! excelled. They were immediately responsive to my emails and managed the whole refund process extremely pleasantly and quickly. My comment to Paloma and the FY! Team was “ You are all amazing and so efficient. This is the best international Customer Service I have ever received. Well done and Thank you!””

“Simple ordering process, Speedy delivery (during lockdown) great products once delivered that really brightens up our rooms. They even retrospectively added my intro discount code that I forgot to add at checkout. Very happy.”

“Really disappointed 25% discount code not applied with my purchase, via my facebook . However after contacting FY customer Service they explained the links on FB sometimes break and refunded me the difference excellent service would use again”

“I accidentally wrote the wrong house number on my order for two prints. Fy were amazingly helpful and friendly when I explained what I had done. They gave me the link to track my parcel and offered to resend my order free of charge if i had no luck in retrieving it! Luckily, I managed to get my parcel and I have framed my prints which are very good quality and look amazing in my frames! Very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be ordering from Fy again (they have some gorgeous stuff) and recommending to family and friends! Ps. Get the app. I have all of my favourite items saved on my app.”

“The quality of the ptint is so poor. Image is not as clear as it shows on this website. It's rather blurry and I don't call it art. So dissapointed considering the price I paid.”

“The prints are fab and really clear. I have ordered a few times now and always received great customer service. A print went missing in the post this time and a replacement was sent out promptly which I have just had from the postie.”
