Order goods 7th April and still no sign of them. It was quite a big order so I am gutted. No way of contacting them. It’s awful!!!

Ordered a Magnolia on 14th April for my daughter's birthday. Still waiting for delivery and fully appreciate the problems at the moment. Cannot contact anyone and the telephone number is not in operation. Very disappointed so far and not a way to run a business. Would like to cancel but if no-one available ....... 7th May 2020

Placed order mid April with predicted delivery 10 - 15 days. Still no delivery and no contact with them. Seem unable to contact them in anyway. Wish I had read reviews before placing order

Ordered plants on the 9 April and heard nothing since. No means of communication and their ticket system is now switched off. They do not respond on social media or to reviews. Do not order as they will take your money, but not deliver the goods. A sham of a company with appalling customer service. Avoid.

Stated on website delivery would be 3-5 days now after a week told my order still processing and could be up to 4 weeks to arrive. If I cancel will not refund full amount. Very disappointed.

Plants took ages to arrive and when they did they were completely crushed! All the plants were snapped ! Iv sent a request for a refund with the below pictures and haven’t had anything back from anyone

Placed a rather large order a month ago, during a period of uncertainty I realise, however I have had no update on my order despite sending 3 messages via their website which I’m not even sure if they’ve received because of an elusive error message. There is no way of contacting them via email or phone. So basically I’m left in the dark.

Was sooo disappointed when my so called standard rose trees arrived..... just bare sticks with lots of dead ends. Bought new compost, took advice on how to plant, watered and held my breath ..... still appalling. Raised it with gardening express and just had automated reply saying ticket had been raised. Had also ordered £25.00 worth of plants to be delivered to my daughter in York....COULDNT cancel and as yet they have not received them .....1 month later. Totally understand how hard the situation is at the moment and want to give the company the benefit of the doubt.....but £45 is a huge amount of money to me just to lose. I really do hope they contact me with satisfactory explanation and everything crossed if and when my daughter gets her plants as a birthday present, they will e I better condition than my rose trees......here’s hoping.

Don't bother ordering anything from here you won't get it anytime soon they seem like a small company who cannot handle the workload yet are still taking new orders?? They can't even respond to emails about your order waiting a month now still nothing email them today to cancel my order and refund I'm not holding my breath imagine I'll get the standard automated email... Joke of a company!!

Over a month and still no delivery. Nobody answers any support questions. Looking online you'll see there's hundreds of people have the same experience with this company.

No customer service, little better than con artists, should be snake oil sales. Obviously cannot fulfill orders and just sticking head in sand avoiding customers. We'll avoid them stall costs.

Please do not use this company, the reviews about poor customer service are true. I honestly believe good reviews are fake. I placed my order on 27/03/20 and it is still waiting for dispatch (06/05/20). I have created 4 support tickets and not one of them has been answered. I have asked for a refund. Again they have not responded to that either. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered plants on 15th April and spent £97. Still no plants and no way of contacting them. Will now contact my bank to try to get a charge back. What company closes all lines of communication to stop people getting in touch !! Appalling company, don’t waste your money

Avoid! I placed my order in mid April. Expected delivery times were 10 working days but so far, no goods have been delivered. All contacting options have been disabled.

I ordered plants totalling £80 on 7 April. I have not received them and it is now over a month ago that I ordered them. I have only had one email which confirmed my purchase and that the money had been taken from my account. I have sent numerous emails with no replies. I noticed today there is another e mail address supplied for customer services but still no reply and to be honest I don’t now expect any.This is a terrible service and also wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Terrible terrible customer service from this company, they are very willing to take your money as soon as you have placed your order but are very unwilling to deliver or to correspond and update you on your order. They have taken down the ability to cancel your order on their website while all the while using the pandemic as an excuse. I do not recommend and will not be using this company going forward.

DO NOT SPEND Money with this company They are con artists Bad customer service, bad plants if they arrive at all NO chance of a refund, they will ignore your request for money back AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I placed an order with Gardening Express on 27th March. The delivery guarantee of 15 working days has well and truly been exceeded. They do not reply to emails. They do not respond to their own “ticket” system for correspondence. No plants, nor a refund. Avoid at all cost.

Totally agree with every post shocking service and I too am having to go to the bank to try stop payment with a view to a refund, try as I might to contact them through their own ticket service, nothing, if I could give them - 10 I would, no excuse for it
