Been robbed along with many over people Took insurance out on my new R7 took £450.00 off me . There was a problem on the insurance document they said the bike was 749 cc which it isn’t when I queried it .two weeks later they cancelled my insurance and charged me £130.00 for there service (Brilliant) Do not use this company if you don’t believe me ,check out trust pilot .There reviews on bike insurance are terrible 😢

Tried to take insurance out online, got a message to ring with a code number to give. Did this and was told by their agent that as my payment wasn't on their system they couldnt insure me. I then realised that I would not be able to use my ncb with them so no point paying over the phone and I asked and he agreed not to proceed with taking out the insurance- at that point it was one and a half hours from the time I went online. Found out 2 days later he hadn't cancelled it, they have charged me for 2 days insurance plus £25 admin fee. I have also been told that if I refuse to pay their debt collection agency will follow it up. So I end up £52 out of pocket with a black mark on my credit rating and all because the first man I spoke to couldn't be bothered to make notes on the computer and do what he promised. TERRIBLE SERVICE !

Terrible company, take your money then tell you a week later they can’t insure you and expect a cancellation fee!!

Called them today for classic car cover. Man I spoke to seemed less than interested and had the worst attitude imaginable. He seemed as though he could not wait to get rid of me and it ended up with him cutting off the call mid way. What an awful company. Pointless complaining when firms are this bad so rang another very helpful rival firm who gave me instant cover on the phone from a polite salesperson. Tip; Do not use this lot.

Started a policy in nov 21 for my scooter but decided to add my fireblade after being bumped by MCE going into administration. Took ages on phone, had to cancel scooter policy, which was £63, got nothing back due to admin fees, then pay £286 to cover both bike and scooter. I could have had fireblade for £122 and scooter for £63 elsewhere so this was quite an increase but needed to go this way to use my 20+ years no claims on both otherwise would be zero no claims on the 'blade so thought i would agree. Paperwork came in and scooter has been dropped to tpft cover but i use it to commute! Also breakdown cover added even though i didn't want it. When i phoned to sort it i ended up having to pay another £25 otherwise i would need to cancel whole lot and start again with resulting charges! Won't be using them again and policy hasn't even started yet!!

Blimey what a terrible company. I took out a motorbike policy and 1 month later changed my bike. They wanted to charge me a full year again for the change. Disgusting.

Sorry. 1 star is too much should be -5. Had non fault bike accident dec 2018. 3rd party admitted full liability within a few days. Carole nash told me in July 2019 that they were waiting for final offer of payment for injuries etc. Its now end of December 2021 and I'm stil ****** waiting. Emails take on average a month to be replied to. Phone calls unanswered, recorded delivery letters? They say they haven't had them (I can prove otherwise). They are an absolute joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.

What a rip off 2 bike policy removed 750cc insured a 125cc charged extra £101 for 4 months left on policy! complained about high cost no help at all !! Went on line search insurance quote 125cc bike not using any NCB £64 for the year fully comprehensive new quote on line Carol Nash £64 for a year !!! One star is to generous! Absolute RIP OFF COMPANY !!!

Really disappointed with this company there cancellation fee and percentage is terrible, avoid if possible. Only 5 months into policy and they are only offering 42% of value back. But on top of that also want to take of a £48 pound admin fee. Won’t be using again.

Shocking … cancelled my bike insurance after 6 weeks. Only to be hit with charges amounting to more than +50% of what the insurance I had paid was. Would give them a negative score if I could.

Rip off! Cancelled my policy due to selling my motorcycle, originally set up a monthly payment plan. They charged me£100 plus for the privilege! Look elsewhere bikers!

I returned to Carol Nash after two years with another company, it’s turned out to be my biggest mistake. They used all my details from the last time I was insured with them. I started the Insurance in March with Aviva, but Aviva wouldn’t give me to agreed value I’d asked for and also asked me to remove a canister from the motorbike and asked for an extra £250 because I hadn’t told them about the modification, even thou they insured the motorbike the last time I was with Carol Nash. I made calls to Carol Nash but they just asked me to cancel my policy and get little back then start a new policy! I told them it was their fault as they had all the details and to let me know when they had sorted it. I received a letter to say they would cancel the policy in seven days’ time since I hadn’t contacted them!!!!! I e-mailed then and they said it was the first time they knew about the problem! It’s taken until October to get things sorted and now they’ve set me up with Markerstudy which has got 796 bad reviews and they also want me to remove the canister from the motorbike! Hopeless customer service, nobody seems to know what’s going on or pass information onto someone who can help. I will say the customer service is polite and friendly but I need someone who can solve problems. I will not be renewing and hope I don’t have to make a claim with Markerstudy! If you have a standard motorbike maybe they are OK but if you have a custom motorbike stay well clear!

The worst customer service I have ever known. Trying to charge me £25 for a policy that's not even started yet, even though the policy document says, "If you cancel the contract before the insurance has started you will receive a full refund."... then later regarding service charges says, "Cancellation prior to start date or within 14 days £0.00". They don't provide you with a contact email for complaints, anywhere. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Do not under any circumstances even consider insuring anything with these Stetson wearing cowboys,transferred from Bennett’s as I needed multi bike modern and classic for 4 bikes,received my documents and found I’d been charged £61 for breakdown cover,rang for a refund and was told it’s included,however under ADDITIONAL COVER section £61.55 had been taken.At no point during the quote was I asked about breakdown as I’m already covered by Green Flag.Now they are refusing a refund,and will charge me £50 to cancel plus an additional admin charge ( think of a number)Complaints procedure is a joke as no one replies . Also seen on my policy that they receive a profit share if Breakdown cover sales are reached. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Absolutely shocking company used my credit card details without my permission they kept passing me back and forth to different people and the story kept changing, A WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THIEVES, lowest of the lowest never again will i use robbing nash insurance

Appalling customer service! Took 3 months to get a conclusive answer regarding my historic payments for a court case! Took on average 3-4 weeks per response via email! Each response was so vague and just wasted time to actually get to the historic statements. I tried to speed the process up via phone-call but was told that only the email team could deal with historic transactions. Save yourself the hastle and take your custom elsewhere!

Tried to cancel my insurance today because it was duplicated as I now have a motor traders policy and they wanted as much to cancel the policy as it would be to keep it going Was then told that I needed to cancel the policy and pay the rest in full because you can't insure a car twice which I do understand but would still cost me the full amount I could then be passed to zenith insurance because Carole Nash are the brokers but they would pass me back to Carol Nash I would definitely not recommend this set of clowns as a so called car insurance company they are just a glorified debt management firm Shocking service

Not even worth one star. Had to cancel after 3 months because I sold my car so they charge you £30 which is normal but they give you some rubbish about premiums so I had to pay my full policy cover. Will never use and will actively warn people of using this dreadful two bit operation. Avoid at all costs!

Over 1 hour on the phone for a 3 bike policy. Quote came in over £120 more expensive than best quote. When I mentioned my premium expectation, the price dropped by £100 immediately. Apparently staff can find discounts to apply but obviously not from the outset? Also they provide the opportunity for customers to select voluntary excess but won't tell you if that actually makes a difference to the policy. Won't touch Carole Nash with a barge pole from now on. Not sure what they're playing at. Only positive was the friendly call centre person.

I have been insured with Carole Nash for over 10 years on a 6 wheeled policy. My renewal came on the 19th of July and was £200 more expensive than the previous year! I phoned their office and spoke to a operative who could not give me a reason for the increase! To cut a very long story short I spoke to 5 different people who could not help so I asked to speak to a manager and I was informed this is not possible! the manager has to ring the customer within 72 hours and of course this never happened. I still have proof of my NCB with wrong dates on their correspondence and you cannot get any one to sort this out! Please for your own sanity stay away from Carole Nash!! This company was the best to deal with now it is ABYSMAL!!
