“Helpful staff who knew what they were doing. I just wish they gave me the price I paid as a renew rather than having to do the dance of ringing and threatening to switch.”

“It's very simple to deal with you and you explain things well. I find some of the clauses in the latest renewal are starting to become restrictive and I am beginning to be anxious that making a claim will start to be difficult because there are loopholes appearing in the cover.”
