“Don’t understand why you send me a renewal for more money and less cover, I make a phone call and you do it the same as previous year. I’m happy to stay with your company year in year out just look after your customers 👍🏻”

“I usually change insurance company every year taking the best quote but for the last 3 years I have stayed with policy experts as they have matched the quote I have been given when I have rung to cancel I have not had to claim on my insurance so I have never been through the claims process, so I cannot rate them on this and that is the true test of an insurance company to how they handle a claim.”

“Initial renewal was £50 more expensive than last year. Does bug me that with renewals the price goes up. Quoted similar policies from other vendors and they agreed to modify the price and bring it down. I should shop around really but in terms of policy expert - no issues. Good reminders for renewals and got through to someone pretty quickly.”

“Information is clear. Friendly call from the company to discuss renewal without being too pushy. Would be even better if they started rewarding customers who stay with them, rather than putting policy up, but increase was not too bad.”
