“Policy Expert came out top on the Compare the Market website for our home. They had 3 policies to chose from and I decided not to chose the cheapest one as the one I chose was offering better terms. Compared to my previous insurance quotation for 2024 I have saved £300 and the cover is even better. I would highly recommend Policy Expert and hope that we have another trouble-free year ahead of us. However, if we don't then I feel reassured that we are covered more than adequately for our building and contents cover.”

“Great value House Insurance from Policy Expert. Easy website to navigate and understand. I saved almost £80 on my policy which had been with Sainsbury's. Despite being with Sainsbury's for the last 4 years, and having never made a claim with them (or on my House Insurance before) they wanted to increase my policy by 38% to renew. I rang Sainsbury's 21 days before the end of my policy and spoke to a completely disinterested employee who was only able to repeat parrot fashion 'that's the cheapest quote we can do for you'. I asked for a complaint to be raised as I think that is a very poor way to their existing customer base, from which they must be losing like a sieve. So much for customer loyalty. Bye bye Sainsbury's I am unlikely to be back.”

“Doing the annual insurances has become quite the chore now, what with severally increased prices and lots of company's competing for your business. So you take as much advice as you can do as many comparisons as you can tolerate and make a choice that suits. This year however , based on their reputation, recommendation, pricing and easy user friendly online process I went direct to Policy Expert and I know I'll be back. Policy Expert gave me clear pricing and policy content. I am delighted and got back the time I thought I'd lose!”

“TELEPHONED POLICY EXPERT A WEEK BEFORE MY RENEWAL AND EXPLAINED MY HUSBAND HAD A CCJ WOULD THIS MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND THEY SAID WE CANT RENEW ON THOSE TERMS, SO I ASKED THE POLICY TO BE LAPSED OFF AND THE LADY SAID OK. A WEEK LATER THEY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF THE BANK EVEN THOUGH THEY WOULD NOT INSURE ME AND HAVING SENT THEM LETTERS AND SPOKE TO THEM ON LIVE CHAT HAVE STILL NOT GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SO BEWARE ONCE THEY HAVE GOT YOUR BANK DETAILS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AT RENEWAL EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE ASKED THEM NOT TOO.”

“Recently bought the policy which was found on line. This was the best price for the cover I needed and extra home emergency cover etc included for free. Easy to use website, simple question form to fill out that covered all requirements. I have not had to contact company for any reason and hope not to have to make a claim. But in the event have no reason not to expect a good service.”
