“Policy Expert's website was very easy to use. The layout was clear and the additional explanations were helpful. The house and contents insurance I chose compared well to other insurers, and the premium was a lower price. I needed to contact Policy Expert's office twice by 'phone; what a relief to have my calls answered promptly and efficiently by a person with a courteous manner. I shall certainly contact Policy Expert for my car insurance and will recommend them to friends.”

“i was attracted by a 5* defacto, and a much better price than my prev insurer. Insurance is a state of mind, so wasn't too bothered about many of the extras, just wanted a cover that looked after the major things, if they were to happen. I did have an issue with payment , not being sent a 6 digit code , and begrudgingly had to pay the additional £12.50. I was told this as a result of a secondary money supermarket comparison site, hey ho. Zara was patient with me and thank her for that and she would post my documents in addition to email”
