“They were flexible with price when called.”

“I renewed a home and contents policy for April this year. The cover met my requirements and I liked that the legal assistance cover was added. The downside and why I almost changed to another company is that there was a 10% increase in the policy and the Home Emergency Cover was removed from the policy. In effect, it meant that I would pay a 20% increase to renew the policy. If this occurs next year, I will change from Policy Expert as the company would no longer be competitive.”

“I bought buildings and contents insurance from policy expert. I was not given an exchange date for my new house and only found out after it had happened! Policy Expert offered a competitive price for cover starting immediately and it very was easy to set up.”

“The price of the Policy is very competitive. We have not so far had to make any claims so cannot comment on that aspect of the customer service. On line documentation is clear and very convenient.”
