“Policy was simple to take out and to understand, not withstanding the inevitable separations that are a feature of everything on the web due to the the limitations imposed by the space available, this of course being handled with varying degrees of success by different companies. Hopefully everything will continue in the same vein should the need to claim arise. The price for the the first year ear also seems extremely good, hope that also continues”

“Policy Expert Agent was very helpful and polite. My customer experience was excellent. Speed of service great. All questions answered to my satisfaction - reason I took up policy. I have scored 4 out of 5 because it was only when I called that the agent was advising about an upgraded version of policy. I believe it is best to include all these information in the begining, so that customer can see first hand what thy are getting and the different prices for basic and upgraded policy and then make an informed decision.”

“I found Money Xperia via a comparison site. All of the boxes were ticked there. The documents on the site were a little more time consuming to pick through. I think all is covered ! A quick summary would be useful. New for old, and replacing the set if one is damaged? Wear is not covered, rare due to an accident? It’s only applicable because I took the accident cover. The true test is if I had to claim, since I don’t tend to have a reason to claim it’s not a problem till something goes wrong. That will be when I truly find out how good the cover is.”

“Renewal quote had increased from previous year with extra covers ie Emergency repair and legal removed as these were 1st year promotions. However this could be gained from other providers. Policy Expert accepted this and therefore reduced quote in line with other providers and as I was happy with service I renewed.”
