“Excellent apart from one question asking if my neighbours had suffered subsidence or flooding within 100 mtrs?(how would I know) answered no as I assume that’s correct but if I’m wrong it probably will invalidate my insurance!!”

“I have given them 4 stars as only just taken out the policy , l am so far one of those people who takes out insurance every year, but, fortunately, never claim on it , hopefully, it will be the same this year , but, that’s the trouble isn’t until you use the services provided how do you know how good they are .”
