“I had a easy straightforward experience renewing my house insurance online,the member of your safe who felt with my insurance was polite,efficient and courteous. The only thing i found not so easy was following the web site which stored the details of my insurance. I found it difficult to follow in trying to find out what I was covered for ie: legal cover.”

“A painless renewal process at a great price. Lost a star because of instead of saying £400,000 on the form, the value appears as £400. I called PE and it is a known feature!”

“The renewal was trouble free and the price was reasonable in comparison to the previous year. I'm not very happy with automatic renewal as the default position. I'm very sure I would not have agreed to this if asked directly but wasn't surprised to find it here again this year. Please be more upfront about this provision”
