“Very competitive quote. Happy to renew for a second year. However, the chap whom I spoke to on the phone was quite difficult to understand. His speech was quite mumbled/muffled. I wanted to tell him to talk properly, but I felt that would be rude of me.”

“My renewal arrived early, and with an added extra of free legal cover for 12 months was quite good. I did check and got cheaper quotes, but none had the legal cover, so were actually more expensive as a like for like. I have enough cover for my needs without it costing a ridiculous amount. I always get quotes, but with everything included, it paid me to stay with Policy Expert.”
