“Although very good in year 1 and an impeccable price which included a claim settled without question Year 2 was a challenge so I left policy expert. They did not send me a renewal notice in the post and chose to do this by phone; not even providing me with a price until I had re - answered all the questions with a Yes or No. As I could not answer whether any home within a certain distance of my house had ever been flooded (how am I supposed to know this) I answered not to my knowledge which they said was not good enough and I needed to research and come back to them - bizarre!? In 20 years of insuring properties never encountered anything so ridiculous so I left the company.”

“This review is based solely on the price and ease of obtaining a new policy. Of course, it's impossible to truly know how good (or bad) an insurance company is until you have to make a claim. Based on setting up a new policy, it was very straightforward and hassle free. My documents came through immediately. The price was absolutely excellent. I would just hope that should I have to make a claim, that their claims policy is as easy and stress free as taking out a policy was.”

“I tried to make payment online 3 times but each time the website wasn't working properly and I was concerned that my information was being compromised. Thankfully when I was able to contact Customer Services next day the problem was resolved by a very helpful telephone operator who spoke clearly and concisely.”
