“Gave me a quotation that, in spite of never claiming was higher than last year. Got a cheaper quotation elsewhere; I called you, you matched it. Why quote a ridiculous amount in the 1st place? I'm fed up of being ripped off!”

“Your renewal price was above last years premium. When I called to cancel, having found a cheaper deal elsewhere, you then matched the cheaper quotation. Why? Why not give a decent price in the first place? No claims ever made on a house insurance policy in the 30 years I've owned a home!”

“Very happy so far with the service I have received. I was happy with the renewal notice and the quality and content of it. Also the negotiations with Policy Expert have been good. They are willing to listen and try, which is something I certainly did not get from my previous insurance company!”

“I'm happy with Policy Expert they take away the hassle of searching for Home Insurance each year and they are reasonable because I did a quick search to see if they were reasonable and I did get a cheaper quote but not as many additions and I got a more expensive quote so I settled for Home expert. The thing about insurance is it not until you have to make a claim that you really realise how good a company is. I've never made a claim to date so I cant comment on that area but they offer value for money.”
